great review! I appreciate your honesty and admittance that you don't know everything. I am hoping to get one of these soon and loved the info provided in your vid! keep up the good work!
I got my BNF inductrix 2 week ago on the big auction site for $50 shipped with 3 extra turingy batteries. I love it...it is my first quad and it is not only easy to learn but durable and very fun. I use my dx9 and is nice that it uses a common battery. Buy it!
Great review - thanks! I'm new to quads and not having grown up with a joystick in my hand, it's taking me a long time to gain some proficiency with flying. Trying to fly indoors (not in a big office lobby like you show here, but in a house), isn't easy for newbs (especially banked turns and adjusting to changes in head direction). I must say, I've made the most progress with the two blade products (Nano QX and Inductrix). Tried with the Hubsan X4 H107D+ (FPV), but that bird, with no available prop guard, shred everything it touched and was not a forgiving machine.
Very glad to hear my review helped you! It really is an awesome flyer. I'm surprised every time I come back to it after flying other nano(-ish) sized quadcopters.
Another great review, as far as the quad, it appears to be the brains for the Nano QX in a new body, controller and flight modes are the same, at 20 dollar less than the Nano it might offer more value
Hi, excellent review, as always ! May I ask if you succeed doing manual flips with the stock transmitter, now that you (certainly) have more experience with the Inductrix ? If you own a Blade Nano QX, are their transmitter the same and compatible ? Is the agility mode the same (about manual flips) ?
+Plaît Liste I have not yet mastered the manual flip. :) To be honest, I don't practice that maneuver all that much as it often ends in a crash and I'm afraid of breaking one of my favorite indoor flyers. I don't own a Nano QX but understand that yes, the transmitters are compatible.
after about 2 minn of flying my low voltage warning cuts in and it powers down.. very annoying I'm thinking of return it. it really does fly awesome though
When I give my inductrix full throttle while going full forward it slows down and starts to climb and when flying full speed and I make a hard , quick turn the quad levels out then tries to keep going forward, its really screwy. I bought it new and have tried a couple different batteries and nothing changes. These things are expensive for what they are. I also fly the nano qx and it to does not fly as well as the cheap chinese quads. The boldclash bwhoop bh 02 pro is the best out right now, imo. Its got tons of power, it uses bayang protocol and the parts are cheap. It also does awesome acro type flips. It is really fun to fly with a qx7 and an irx4 module or the irx6 ith the flysky fs i6
I was a great fan of Horizon Hobby products, and have a whole range of there products, of which most are now collecting dust on the shelf, because of electronic problems on the receiver boards. The Inductrix, which will be the last Blade product I will ever buy (I have 2) now also shows signs of mainboard problems, and replacing the mainboard is not a option, it is cheaper too buy a new one, a motor for this is $13 what a joke. And where do you get 6 minutes flight time from? With a brand new 45C lipo 4.30 minutes and maybe 5 just hovering, and that is with both of my Inductrix. If a cheap Chines nano falls out of the sky because there is no LVC warning, there will be a lot of negative comment about it, but now it suddenly is not a big deal!!! because it is a USA product?? made in China
I agree the Inductrix (incl. spare parts) is expensive and that the LVC warning is practically non-existent, this is all included in the review. I tend to look less harshly on LVC problems on indoor multirotors as they are unlikely to dissapear or get damaged as a result. After 15 flights I have not yet experienced the electronic problens you mention. My experience is all I can base my review on. Should these problems appear down the line I will update my review.
RCview I do think LVC is a big issue, and if your big Quad would do the same as this one you would have major problem. IF I am flying at a height of 4 meter above a hard tiled floor and this thing just drop, I can guarantee, you will have damage eventually too the electronics, and you can throw it away. But don't get me wrong, I think it is a wonderful little Quad and it flys great, But there is not one Quad in my collection of over 50, that the LVC acts this way, just dropping without warning, Blade screwed this up.
+Ruudy L I don't have Inductrix but I do have 1 Blade product which is Nano QX. I bought 3 more 45C batteries to complement the included 25C battery. The board is still working fine after all the batteries are dead. I think some other factors may be in play such as bad batch. Even the frame was damaged due to falling from lack of LVC and it still fly well after applying some tape. At least in my opinion, Inductrix or Nano QX is worth getting only if you are into agility mode and paired with more advanced transmitter. Else just go for cheap China brands. I graduated from Nano QX in agility mode with more advanced DX6i transmitter to proceed into 6 channel RC heli. You'll appreciate the higher resolution that translates to higher precision flying with a more advanced transmitter. LVC is not an issue for me now that I'm into RC heli. I've used the timer built into the advanced transmitter. I've used my phone's timer. Not tried but some recommend to strap a small kitchen timer under the transmitter. Or once you're used to it you can feel the quad losing power in which it is time to land. ;-)
I fly with Spectrum 7S and have changed the lipo plug on the Inductrix so now I use the lipos form WLtoys 911 heli lipos are cheap and better then the HH rubish
Do not buy this drone. I flew it maybe 20 times before one of the motors failed. Also very few features compared to many. Also way too expensive for what you get.
Wow, this guy has a very negative perspective. I really like my Inductrix. I still use it in the house years after I bought it. He regularly insults the product calling it a toy. Very unfair review.
I don't agree that Blade makes good products! I have a Blade MCX2 heli that's a total piece of junk and vibrates so much it can't be controlled. It seems to have been designed by idiots!
Noted, I have heard similar things from other viewers. The Inductrix was my first (and still only) Blade product and I've realized since making this video that I spoke without much experience when introducing the company in the review. I still stand by my opinion of this particular product though.
Blade quadcopters are over priced toys that work no better then their Chinese counter parts that are quarter the price. With Blade you have to use their proprietary batteries that are very expensive too and only last a short time.
Great fun! Once again your assessment was very helpful. Among the hundreds of drones out there I find this design wonderfully unique.
This erudite review was a real pleasure. Thanks!
Thank YOU! I'm glad you enjoyed the review.

+Savage X89 Thanks! :) Good choice, this remains one of my favorite indoor multirotors.

Thank you! This answered a lot of questions I had about this quad! pretty cool! This may be my next quad
Hey good video.do you khow if i can solder a mini fpv to its flight controller? And does it have an usb plug
Another superb review =D

This quad is garbage. Motor went out after maybe 20 flights also very primitive for how expensive it is. Holystone hs210 is way better and cheaper.
I like other viewers ,like your reviews 👍😎
Thanks, John! :)
You like other viewers?
What's with all the F'in lights on in that place with apparently no one there but you?
It looks like a cheap hotel
Maybe he went to N Korea for some quadcopter solitude?
Nice review
cool drone
Where does he fly his quads
What do you mean below hobby Grade?
Watch my review of the JJRC X1 for an explanation!
ok will do
Well below hobby grade. I bought one and got mabey 20 flights before one of the motors failed. Piece of shit.
Dude, make a review about syma's quadcopters
The Blade flips. It flips well.
¿Dónde puedo comprar este drone en España?
En el Internet

Blade high quality... You must be new to the hobby! LOL
This not recommend for children under 9 year old

At no point do you have to use proprietary batteries.
