love your doll collection! Many people discourage de-boxing,i would take them out to check the earrings are metal,they can cause 'green ear',even the silkstones.i would hate for that to happen to your dolls
Same problem here.. As a barbie doll collector, one of the biggest challenge, I believe, is how to store and display them properly.... I also have a collection of over 100 dolls and miniature stuffs for dolls, doll houses, room boxes, etc. I've stopped collection due to storage problem. I've been looking for cabinets for display but hard to find a good one. My dolls are stacked up over one another and I can't fully enjoy my collection unitl I solve this storage and display problem, I think....

What a wonderful collection! The one you pointed out as being the rarest reminded me of Grace Kelly. My 4 year old was looking on while I watched this, and with every doll said, "I want that one!" LOL :) She has a Dorothy doll from the Wizard of Oz complete with a little Toto in the basket, but keeping her nice and tidy didn't last very long. I think Dorothy is currently wearing a bikini.
I have a question! (fourth comment LOL) I'm searching for clothing for my dolls, I don't have much barbie clothing, nor do I have much money! I want to know where you can get nice quality but cheap (less than 15$) pricing! I prefer stores not online. Any suggestions?
I love so many of your dolls! Especially the Scarlett O'Hara ones [I've just gotten into Gone With The Wind], Juliet from Romeo+Juliet, Queen Elizabeth, Marilyn Monroe and Wedgwood. I personally am just starting to look into doll collecting and currently only have a few but I'm very interested in the Old Hollywood dolls [Scarlett O'Hara, Audrey Hepburn ect.] and Disney related ones. I hope you manage to find a solution to your storage problem!

I did want you to linger a little longer at the Marilyn Monroe Barbie in gold lame gown. Ahh, I see you've got the Silkstone Barbie trunk! I missed out on that one. It's now double the price on the secondary market. At $200 U.S., it's too steep for me.

You should have more celebrity dolls other than Marilyn.LIke LIz Tyler or Lucille Ball.You should also have more dolls of the world like spain that came out in 2008.
