Eating starchy food will cause constipation. Yam, banana, flour, white rice, sugary items etc. I never understood why vegetables were part of a meal in Jamaica. Plenty of food no veggies. Even when you go to a Caribbean restaurant there is no vegetable. You should eat vegetables with every meal.
