They say the vineyards of Atlantis were the first, these are the last.
When the vast island vanished underwater,
they became the vineyards of the Sirens hence the saying wine-dark sea.
A sliver of that soil drifted away restlessly, deserted, until it settled at the bottom of this sea you now gaze upon.
The last dwellers of Atlantis are all of you who now drink its last vintage.
