Japan has changed a lot since I was there and not changed much at all at the same time. Good morning Nami Just finished watching your new vlog. Enjoy your cooking lessons. Can’t wait to try cooking some of your dishes but there is only just me now. Mom passed away last month and I had been caring for her for a long while. I’m continue learning and practicing cooking some of your Japanese dishes but only in smaller portions now. I also learned that you can put leftover in the freezer it will save you time by not having to cook during the week. That was a great lesson, it has saved me a lot of time. It has been a joy watching how you clean and organize your apartment. I had pickup many cleaning habits that makes life easier to manage in this house. Watching your latest videos has given me the strength to move on again. You are lucky, you live in a small apartment, I on the other hand, live in a huge house with 136 windows, some windows reaching as high as 13ft. and 11 rooms, so as you can see I’m constantly cleaning and organizing. If you live in this house, you probably don’t have to go to work because you’ll be cleaning and organizing all day. 😂 You taught me how to keep on top of things so you don’t have to work so hard, be more efficient with your time, I am very grateful for that life lesson. 🙏🙏🙏 So, hopefully you will have a fabulous week, and I will be waiting, with anticipation, for your next vlog next weekend. Just wanted to let you know about a few things. I'm almost 66 years old and have learned a lot! You can put your house slippers in the washing machine with towels and everything turns out just fine. Rosemary can grow very fast and turn into a very large shrub. If you plant mint into the ground, it will spread all over the place! God bless.

Hi Nami, thanks for another relaxing video. I'm so surprised to see what butterbur looks like! My doctor prescribed butterbur supplements about two years ago to help prevent migraines. She said it was an herb, but I never knew what it looked like! Now I'm curious to taste it. I love when you show us parts of the city when you take a walk. I still get migraines, but I think they are possibly less severe with the vitamin supplements that my doctor recommended. But I'm afraid to stop taking them in case the headaches get worse! @@AlexisPellek thanks for answer! Fortunately I don,t have migraine myself, but many people have them so I'm just interested in new methods🤫 As I know tyramin-containing foods can make headache episodes worse, l.e. cheese, chocolate, processed food etc.
@@ElenaClassicFan you're welcome! My doctor also recommended vitamin B12, D and magnesium to help prevent migraines. I still get them, but I'm hoping that all these vitamin supplements are helping to make them more manageable.
I enjoyed watching the we, shopping at the garden center. I feel there is a bit of farmer in the city girl. It looks like you purchased some lavender, if so hopefully you have bees near by to appreciate the treat. In 6 weeks we should have a bunch of bees 🐝 around our lavender, we just need spring to arrive, we had a small amount of snow this morning.

Hi Nami, thanks for another relaxing video. I'm so surprised to see what butterbur looks like! My doctor prescribed butterbur supplements about two years ago to help prevent migraines. She said it was an herb, but I never knew what it looked like! Now I'm curious to taste it. I love when you show us parts of the city when you take a walk. @@ElenaClassicFan Well, I'm not sure if it helps, actually. I hope that it does. I still get migraines, but I think they are possibly less severe with the vitamin supplements that my doctor recommended. But I'm afraid to stop taking them in case the headaches get worse! I'm sorry that you also suffer from migraines, here's wishing you the best.
@@AlexisPellek thanks for answer! Fortunately I don,t have migraine myself, but many people have them so I'm just interested in new methods🤫 As I know tyramin-containing foods can make headache episodes worse, l.e. cheese, chocolate, processed food etc.
@@ElenaClassicFan you're welcome! My doctor also recommended vitamin B12, D and magnesium to help prevent migraines. I still get them, but I'm hoping that all these vitamin supplements are helping to make them more manageable.

I enjoyed watching the we, shopping at the garden center. I feel there is a bit of farmer in the city girl. It looks like you purchased some lavender, if so hopefully you have bees near by to appreciate the treat. In 6 weeks we should have a bunch of bees 🐝 around our lavender, we just need spring to arrive, we had a small amount of snow this morning.

I would love to see you write a cookbook with all the recipes you make in your videos. I have saved my favourite recipes on RUclips but it would be so much easier if I could read them in a book! I think many of us would buy it.
