    How come they had a translator in Utica when that city already had an NBC affiliate (WKTV, channel 2)?

    @Junkie's Tape Bin, Vanderbilt TV News Archive does not have the NBC News Decision 84 Election Eve special from November 5, 1984. I'm sure that someone has it, maybe you have it from either WNYT and/or WNBC

      Yes there was by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir followed by one more station id saying WNYT Albany & the carrier cutting off after that.

      @@mikemercer2394 So WNYT (nee WAST) aired the Mormon's SSB? If so, that's another station using it and only the second NY State station (WOR-TV channel 9 NYC prior to its move to Secaucus, NJ)
