Looked the buisness...I can never brown mince it just boils as we said due too water content...but I did clock one day bake your mince in oven in browns nicely but keep eye on it....same with your fajita wraps bake your peppers n onions you get nice bit off burn on em...that said can you do a vid on fajita wraps mate I practically live off em be good see your version...cheers mucker...edit duck soy sauce ? When I was in Italy everyone had their own idea what was the best Bolognese sauce. They all seemed to use a lot more oil & tomatoes than I was used to tho. And a lot of them would sneak in a spoonful of Heinz ketchup on the sly too 😂
