    Great idea for a Bolognese. I’d never imagined putting pasta sheets in the bolognese beforehand. Defo going to try this nice one andy.

      @@fatandy It means that there will be a HUGE amount of sodium in that dish which is probably one of the reasons you find it tasty, the sugar level from all that refined tomato will also be off the charts. Salt brine deep fried chicken skins with a caramel dipping sauce for the next video perhaps?

    I like to add peppers, mushrooms, grated carrot and courgette to my bolognaise sauce but looks good 👌

    Looked the buisness...I can never brown mince it just boils as we said due too water content...but I did clock one day bake your mince in oven in browns nicely but keep eye on it....same with your fajita wraps bake your peppers n onions you get nice bit off burn on em...that said can you do a vid on fajita wraps mate I practically live off em be good see your version...cheers mucker...edit duck soy sauce ? Hook me up lol😂

    When I was in Italy everyone had their own idea what was the best Bolognese sauce. They all seemed to use a lot more oil & tomatoes than I was used to tho. And a lot of them would sneak in a spoonful of Heinz ketchup on the sly too 😂
