I'm from Texas, so I did see a little Cajun and Creole cooking growing up, but not as much as I wish I did. Watching Chef Prudhomme make blackened prime rib! Oh my..if anyone here hasn't known much about the amazing Chef of K-Paul's restaurant..his magic seasoning blends are so good, I like that you utilize them alot, I wish I could have tried his cooking! He'd be happy to see you making this, it looks amazing. I haven't had lasagna in awhile, I'd love to try this!

I just finished making this and it was absolutely delicious 🤤. The only thing I did differently was I didn’t have lasagna so I used spaghetti noodles. Will definitely be making it again one day with the lasagna.

When we warmed it up for Sunday leftovers the noodles were so mushy. I'll give yours a four-star 🌟 mine was a two and a half 🌟 because of the lasagna noodles 😭

Looks tasty. There's a technique Martin Yan uses to mince garlic. If you look it up he cuts the garlic in half then smashes and scrapes it on the cutting board. It completely pulverizes it.

I love lasagna. I was taught how to make it years ago. That looks very tasty. I have a question. Do you ever eat untraditional meats, like possom, alligator, rabbit, elk/deer/venison meat, bison, turtle, etc.? I would like to see a dish with one of these.
