Bought the new Honda city last week on Aug. 19. comfort always top line. rear seat space and comfort always at peak. Honda had done such nice work. we family of 4 members in the car but no ground clearance issue faced. I have got V variant with elegant edition. The ride was comfort to top. the mileage was around 12 to 14 inside the city and 17 to 19 on highways on average speed of 80 to 100kmhr, before his car i had a 1999 Maruthi esteem vx still having that car with me now. even though i bought a new car still i love the esteem car bcoz its more sentimental value to my family. The reason i bought Honda city is that my family should feel the comfort that the car gives. not another segment according to me will be much more comfortable than these sedans. thank you for reading the comment :))
Honda City is one the best sedan in Indian market for its safety, Built in quality, features and mainley the Engine performance. iVtec engine is one of the best engine from Honda which was ever made.

Honda Australia dropped Jazz and City to concentrate on SUVs. It's such a shame. Civic is now very expensive and the base model is not available with a manual transmission.

Honda engines are top notch, the reliability and the inexpensive servicing makes it great. And the comfort the cars provides is cherry on top. My Father bought Amaze in 2015 and it still feels new whenever I drive, even now when someone else drives the car they really appreciates the engine performance and smoothness in gear shifting and couldn't believe it is 9 yr old car

Very good review. Amazing to see how Honda competes with its non-turbo, non-GDI engines with newer cars. Still the best in terms of reliability. Imagine a turbo on a Vtec? Big salute to Honda. If one doesn't want to follow the trend and is ready to make an intelligent decision, City and Virtus are the best choices that will not deceive you any day(assuming a proper driving habits)

Have u checked for light upgrade found any solution? In my 4th gen I added aftermarket plug and play led lamps and problem was solved. I am planning for V CVT dont know if same led lamp update will work in it.
I am using Manual Honda city high end for one year. I am getting 20 - 20.5 kmpl in highways. 6 months back travelled to Bangalore from tamilnadu, stayed there for 2 days and driven car in Bangalore traffic and returned back to tamilnadu. There are 6 people in the family including 2 small kids and 2 grand parents and me and my wife. We can easily travel 100 kms a day and NOT feel tired even then. Very luxurious car but also very very expensive to maintain. For eg Suspension replacement after 7 years costs 40,000, brake system replacement after 10 years costs 35,000 and average servicing cost is Rs 8000 to 14,000 per annum. It's not cheap to maintain, and not a fuel efficient car by any choice. It gives 18 km/litre on Highway and 14km/litre in city. But otherwise it is a luxury car but it comes at a premium.
