Very exciting! Do you plan to Rally in the north Island by any chance? Would be cool to meet you and see the Celica in Person when its done

I might come up next year. Always wanted to do whangarei. But its just quite expensive and time consuming coming up north and we have plenty of sweet events down here

Did you weld the torsion bar or just leave the pin in?

It should be welded up (i did on mine). It'll add slop otherwise.
      I removed the piston too.

It was welded. Just forgot to film it

Hey Willy, I’m building a 3SGTE Gen 3 for a project car in NZ. I have been struggling to find info on what looks like a coolant outlet on the head (below last inlet manifold stud). Toyota haven’t been able to help.
Want to block it off but wasn’t sure if it’s needed. Any thoughts? Any advice appreciated. Steve.

Hi there. It sounds like you are referring to the oil drain for the factory catch can. You can block that off

Ahhh… thanks mate. That’s why it isn’t in the Toyota coolant diagrams!!

I was wondering what you are referring to as there was no issues when i was editing the footage. but now watching it on tube i see now. Im thinking it might be due to the different frame rate on the gopro compared to my phone. anyway, I'll look into it
