    Correction lng. Regarding sa pag.ahon ng sample sa curing tank.
    Kailangan iahon ang sample 24 hours bago mo ito itest.
    Iyon ay para matuyo ang sample at hindi basang basa ang sample pagdating sa testing center.. that is base on ASTM. Thanks

    Good day engineer I have a question po. What if the concrete cylinder test sample falls in 2000 psi of it's compressive strength, magagamit Papo ba siya base on it's compressive strength and Saan po siya pwede magamit, Kasi po as far as I know po 2500 psi po minimum for residential building.       Ganito Idol, kapag nareach niya na yung required strength at hindi pa nababasag at tumataas pa yung reading pwede na itong ihinto kahit hindi na ito antayin na mareach niya yung maximum Strength as long as umabot na sa required f'c, kapag bumababa na yung reading ibig sabihin basag na po yung sample,

      Hindi po idol, since ready mix po siya may sariling Design mix ang ginawa para diya, pero kung manual mixing po pwede na yang 1:2:4 para sa residential na bahay

      No, after taking a sample you can use or pour the concrete mix, but need to wait for the curing time and test result before heavy load applied to the Structure.

      @@jaybertancheta2020 kung yung sample ay Bagsak, may second test pa pwedeng Rebound Hammer test kung bagsak parin may paraan pa nman "Retrofitting" na yung ready mix supplier ang gagastos sa procedure na iyon, pero kung S.O.G ang pinaguusapan may mga percentage na ginagawa kung kailan gawin RR or hindi na babakbakin pero may magbabayad yung supplier ng certain amount.

      Kung sakali man hindi pumasa ang sample dahil sa improper sampling or pagkuha ng sample, meron tayong dalawang option, meron tayong tinatawag na destructive at at non destructive, usually itong non destructive ang ginagamit para maiwan ang pagkasira ng structural member
      1.) Rebound hammer test
      2.) Ultrasonic pulse Velocity - UPV test
      For destructive naman
      1.) Coring

      Para nman sa Slump test kung hindi man ito pumasa sa unang trial ng pag slump pwede itong ulitin, kung hindi parin pumasa, pwede nating itong dagdagan ng Admixture meron tayong water reducing Admixture at marami pang iba para makuha natin yung desired na slump na kailangan natin.

      @@kennethbalbontin3771 you don't need na pumunta pa sa planta para lng tignan kung tama ba yung desigm mix, ang importante yung resibo ng kada mixer at yung result ng Concrete test, ngayon kapag nagkaroon ng problem let say ang requirement niyo ay 3,000Psi tapos yung result after 28 days ay 2,100,psi ibig sabihin bagsak yung concrete pero meron pang option kasi baka hindi naalagaan yung sample may 2nd option which non destructive test at Destructive test.

    Sample 2: 412.8 kN ÷ 5625 X 0.3183 X 1000 = 23.358976 Mpa or Say 23.35 Mpa.
    Sample 3: 432.7kN ÷ 5625 X 0.3183 X 1000 = 24.4850506667 Mpa Or Say 24.48 Mpa.
