Hey mate, love all your challenges. Fairly new shooter from North Queensland, Australia. Loving the videos mate, no nonsense. Started with some larger centrefire stuff and wasn't gunna bother with 22. Man am i hooked now. Some serious fun. Keep up the great work 👍
My printer just won't print correctly. I got it close enough, now just waiting on a day without 30mph winds so I can give it a try. I use a brother investment tank printer that has its own software. I just print at 140% with no borders and it is close to how yours printed.
Oh man! I thought you were going to ace it! Nice shooting Elijah 😊😊 Them middle eggs are nasty little eggs 😂 Thanks for sharing this for the 3rd round!!🎉😊 🎯
I really liked this rifle when it was in the factory stock. It is a shooter. I don't think it shoots any better in the chassis. Still looks good though. Thanks for the video.
You have the most methodical method on these eggs Makes me want to go at it again.I also thought only one attempt per Egg see on that small far low right you went at it twice and nailed it👍🏻Who ever brained Storm this design knew just how to get into our heads That’s Einstein Sht.🤓Great Art Work as well Thanks for sharing 👍🏻👍🏻
I thought it was only one shot per egg, as well. But more importantly, I agree with Mr. Revolver guy: Where’s Josh? Still in pursuit of accuracy? Maybe one day he’ll find it!!
I keep printing the targets but never seem to get out and shoot in time maybe this one ? Good job by the way it is harder than it looks at first I do believe, I think you can do better 🤣
Just subscribed to your page. RUclips unsubscibes me from gun channels well see what happens. PPU is good ammo. At least their 7.62x39 and 5.56 is good.
Is he really? Better give him a call. I'd like to see how his CZ with the Lilja barrel does. You better go look for him. He's in pursuit of accuracy. Let me know when he finds it..
Ok so I’m confused on the rules. Why did you fire more than 19 rounds? I though it was one round per egg. If you are allowed more than 20 rounds I would think a pure miss would be -1 point?
RANGE - 50 YARDS RULES OF ENGAGEMENT No time constraints As many spotters as you need on the big egg in the center of the target 1 shot ONLY per egg - total of 20 eggs on this target you have to find them all 19 eggs are hidden in the grass that equal 1 point per egg. Max points on this challenge is 19 as the large center egg are for spotters only. All hits must be clean hits. If 1 round strikes two eggs you LOSE 1 POINT. If you have previously cleared an egg and counted that point, then you strike that egg shooting at another egg you do not count the first shot as a point and you still LOSE 1 POINT. If you hit a flower then an egg the point does not count Every egg must be attempted at least once.
@@Dayattherange I found it on internet. Awhile ago. It attaches to the screws in the butt plate. Moves up and down with enlognated slots. I saw 4ha in Australia makes one also but you have to drill and tap 2holes under butt stock. I will look for it on internet for you.
Im getting into some local matches, i used a buddys vudoo last time. I get to pick up my savage mrkii brj tomorrow nothing is gonna compare to his vudoo but i hope to get that mrkii to shoot maybe ill get lucky out of the box🤞
@@Dayattherange perfect 1/4 in groups at 25yrds 1/2in groups at 50yrds with some flyers that I pulled and that's just the first 50rnds just stopped at range long enough to sight it in loving it so far, just had to do a little fitment sanding for a good free float before taking it out
@brianfox87 oh man that's nice. I think once you settle in with the rifle get more familiar it will do better. OK now I hope to see that thing in the next challenge hehehe
Ok maybe someone in the comment section can help me. I have the same system however i have a one leaf night vision and a 940 nm IR which os practically invisible to the human eye, its also suppressed with an AB little bird. The issue is on the original 20moa rail theres just not enough room for function like clearing the bolt, so i was wondering if anyone had an idea about an aftermarket stock that had extra pic rails either on the sides or bottom?
Trust me, the Savage rifles shoot very well. But in order to be totally consistent, they benefit from a good bedding job. The MK1 I used in this challenge will shoot .3" for 10 shots with a lot of different ammo. I really didn't want to remove the irons to do this shoot, but you got to do what you got to do sometimes.. The Savage MKII I recently traded, was just like the MK1 FVT single shot I used, and it shoots even better. It's bone stock, except for the bedding I did to it. I wish I had that rifle right now, to do more of these shoots. I look forward to next month's shoot. You are absolutely right though: You don't need a "5k custom" to shoot these shoots. That puts an emphasis on scopes as well. No need for a $3k scope either. You should be able to get it done with a $300.00 scope.

Great shooting! Really liking the thumb placement! 😊
That chassis makes it easy.

Nice stock shooting for the most part. Savage hardly ever disappoints.

Great shooting. I'm going to get scopes swapped today and hopefully give it another run. Winds are 15-25 today and 10-20 tomorrow so we shall see.
We are waiting James Let's GO LOL
I think the color helps. I did this with the small target in B&W and I had a hard time discerning each egg with my Sightron 36 fixed power scope.

Impressive ! Nice shootin MRG!
This is a fun challenge things happen, only human my friend besides smaller just means more of a challenge haha 😜😎🤠
I need to get on that list. Thought I had...
send me an email I will add you. Or either email me and I will look up your address to see if it as added previously.

No, I mean you fired more than 20 rounds at the eggs excluding the sighters…
Nice video, thanks!
Thank you
I like the chassis! Found a bag rider for mine. I use higher scope rings. My head is more erect. Nice shooting !!
Cmon wes share where you got the bag rider please.

This goes to show even a Savage Mark ll can compete, you don't need a $5k custom............................
