There are a couple volleyball shops online that might have them. I don't recommend Amazon because they ship the wrong size sometimes.

Why does she keep saying you’re in? Is it some terminology I’m not familiar with.
"You're in" just means the set is more inward, so they have to move more towards the ball. She letting them know where they are positioned because they are more focused on getting to the ball rather than where they are on the court.
