- There were some interesting changes to the track layout this year in Utah. Outer Zone One was the star of the show and talk of the paddock.
With most drivers only getting 9 practice laps on day one, I'm not sure how confident any of us were feeling. It took a second to get used to, but with Nate and the boy's help, we got it figured out. The car was hooked up and turned up to eleven after fixing some issues with oil pressure.. I really felt like I had this one.
We always want to end the weekend up on the box, but after a tough season, a top 8 finish felt good. Thank you to my team, partners, and fans for the support.
We've got a jam packed few weeks coming up.

I know it would never happen... but it would be so so cool for everyone to switch cars with everyone and you all get to test drive and get a feel for everyone elses cars and give your input..and make a video of the whole experience.

Idk I just think it would be cool for them to drive everyone else's cars.. they are so use to driving their pro car.. it would be cool to hear all their opinions on driving other pro chassis that they compete against and give their honest thoughts..

Formula Drift is becoming so bad, especially compared to Driftmasters
No, yous are just realising how bad FD is because you’ve started watching DM, as a European we’ve seen how awful FD has been for many years. Even the British Drift Championship was better than FD, and that was shit.
Only problem is driftmasters we can watch qualifying live but then the actual rounds have to wait for the recap......at least on youtube.

I always heard from ppl who left fd how bad politics was inside fd now after years everyone can see it
The track layout was so bad this road and they were saying that drivers were all okay with it no problems at all
All my drivers getting shafted or bad mechanical luck this year. Hopefully the judges learn from this year cuz they should be prox sensors by now

We fixed it!! Engine noises are back 👊 Long story short we had a “copy right claim” issue with RUclips and slapped a bandaid on it. Entirely covering engine noises?? …yeah, straight to jail.
1. Bring qualifying back
2. Get better judges
3. Stop changing the rules every season. Set them and forget them.
4. Look into getting new track/layouts in rotation🤷🏽♂️
Ditching qualifying is the best thing formula drift has ever done
These are the best judges FD has ever had
The rules need to change for the sport to grow
Better tracks for FD don’t exist for a multitude of logistical reasons
But go on being negative
That’s what this sport needs

If the judges want a big feint entry to bleed off speed, why not set the track up that way in the first place???
The filter screens on the cam solenoids break and lodge within the cam phaser. Which will make it so the cam is unable to advance or retard that would be the most likely culprit of the miss.
Remove screens. I’m sure this thing gets adequate oil changes and will not not miss the filter screens on the solenoids

That rumble strip seemed to debead a bit of tires and also send cars off track

@@ParkerOviedo a few drivers in prospec and there was for sure one in pro can’t remember the driver. Rewatch and you’ll see a debead in OZ2
@@Supra_Mickey Do remember prospec is running different tires and atleast for pro they are capped out on everything for this track so I doubt prospec is doing any better. end result the cars are being pushed harder so a debead is expected from prospec
@@Jack_JRR the debead would have hitting that rumble strip then entering into OZ2 mid angle you’d see the tire being debead
