The 2018 WWE simply ended with what would perhaps be one of the biggest matches in the history of the industry: AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34. A match that had everything to be 5 stars, ended up turning into a shitty RAW style match and an even worse feud. Man, I really hate Vince.

This era of WWE killed my love for wrestling, I used to watch every segment on their RUclips channel as that was my only way of watching at the time, but from 2017-19 I found myself becoming less and less interested because the product was so terrible, I was barely watching the shows, I refused to watch PPV’s apart from the big 4, the main thing keeping me from cancelling my WWE Network subscription was NXT because they were constantly on fire, but eventually even that couldn’t stop me from cancelling, I started to find it pointless to invest in the NXT talent because I knew Vince and his team would drop the ball with them like they did with previous call ups. My passion for wrestling was so shot to pieces that even the start up of AEW couldn’t win me over, I just had to abstain from wrestling all together for some sanity, I came back after 5 years because I saw some very interesting things happen, Vince is gone, CM Punk came back, WM40 and the overall feel felt better.

They was some great moments in 2017 to 2019 despite how bad it was, Brock early title run, Jericho Owens and AJ styles. Furthermore Some decent women feuds. Alot of hidden gems in that era.
It's all Vince. Vince is stuck in the Attitude Era. Thinking that what worked then or got looked over then would be okay to do now. Out of touch old man having a iron clad fist on creative and thinking that the entire company is his sandbox and the wrestlers his toys to do as he wished with them without consequence.
I got fed up and rage quit watching... once Roman had dog food poured on him...I was done.. Corbin shouldn't had to deal with that either... I'm glad it's better now since Vince is gone.
I began watching in late 1996 mid; :1997. Stopped for a full mega 7 months plus I would and was thinking 5 years probably. The boredom abandoned start started in late ish 2018 even likely toward the middle in, 2019
NGL, I returned to watching WWE in 2019, after the Royal Rumble. There were at times when I felt I was content with the product, as it did have some very solid angles going on: Kofimania Daniel Bryan's heel run The short Becky vs Lynch feud leading to WM 35, before Charlotte NXT Invasion onto Survival Series The Fiend before Goldberg Looking at it in hindsight and understanding the product now, yeah. That was a rough period to go through.
I do remember back then this period, i kinda only watch nxt and their takeover. The main roster ppv i kinda watch by result online, glad the bad times over noww
WWE in 2017 seriously broke me to no end that I got used to the mediocrity of WWE from 2018-2019 and it was just common to me at this point. So you’ll understand why I was so happy with AEW Dynamite’s existence!!!
I can’t believe they left out the Bobby Lashley “sisters” segment. That segment was the most cringe segment I ever saw on WWE tv. The crowd was DEAD the entire segment because they was thinking “what the hell are we watching???” And this was a lil after Lashley returned to WWE too
Shout out to Roman for standing up for himself when it came to the dog food. If he never did that with the help of Paul we never would have gotten any of what we have now.
The era of 2017-2019 as a whole, ehh NO!! 😂 I'm absolutely loving the Renaissance Era! Thank you, Papa H! 🎉 It's so nice to enjoy the product in its entirety without complaining about most of it. 😅😅 I am very excited about Raw moving to Netflix next year...😈 NO MORE MUTED CHANTS! (HOPEFULLY 🤞🏾) 🤣
From Jinder as WWE Champion to the Wild Card Rule,WWE was truly garbage from 2017-2019 Pandemic was a reset for WWE,Roman Reigns' heel turn changed everything,HHH in creative has helped like the product we have now is 100x better than 2017-2019 WWE
The pandemic era was kinda bad too lol even though liked Roman , Randy Ortons heel turn was VERY underrated and it’s forgotten and what drew did was cool but it was just a very weird time that I didn’t like a lot of weird shit was happening 😂 it just became consistently watchable in 2022
I think back to SmackDown in 2016 a lot. I felt like match quality and storytelling was great at that time & especially the ratings were almost-well above Raw, but during 2017 I started to notice a bit of a downgrade.
I remember that I stopped watching somewhere in 2017-2018, and I'm trying to find where exactly did I stopped looking at ppv cards and I just can't remember. Everything looks basically the same and ain't shit to remember there. Then I remember I got back at watching somewhere before royal rumble 2020 and I was again really happy and exited, because of Drew winning, but then covid hit and for me wrestling without fans isn't the same. Just looked cringy. So I stopped. Then before this mania I saw a comment somewhere that the rock is back and that show is good again and here I'm watching every wwe show again like in good old times.
Okay, I think WM34 was moment I stopped watching. Strowman and some kid defeating Cesaro and Sheamus was the last straw for me, as I was huge Cesaro fan, and it was after that moment that I defenetly knew that Cesaro would never get a push that I was hoping for.
I don't think he stopped caring, if he really stopped caring he wouldn't have kept showing up and tearing up scripts every week while continuing to yell at commentators in gorilla every week. He didn't have to do any of that, I think he always cared about the product, I just think he honestly believed he was producing a good show because he's insane
You should react to Cornette talking about Kenny's return. I was surprised. Lol. And also Cornette talk about ppl losing their mind about Adam Pearce. Lol
AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Daniel Bryan, The Miz, Seth Rollins, New Day, Charlotte, Becky Lynch and Rhonda Rousey as well as NXT were the best things of WWE around here. All this said I don’t think it was as bad as New Gen. But it was FAR more forced with the Roman face experiment. I personally still think 2010-2015 was more boring.
The Kofi vs Brock match is when I was like man fuck this and the WWE that and then charging my card for six months even though I canceled my subscription sent them screenshots they said they would investigate waited 30 days for them to say that I couldn't get my money back and to go and check the refund policy which said no refunds ended up having too file a complaint with my bank
We can finally say the dark time are behind us 😌

They was some great moments in 2017 to 2019 despite how bad it was, Brock early title run, Jericho Owens and AJ styles. Furthermore Some decent women feuds. Alot of hidden gems in that era.
Can you react to Wrestletalk's Table, Lists, and Chairs video on the 10 best promos
I remember the repeated matches every week 😂 it was unwatchable.
Thank God for NXT at the time
We definitely came a long way, glade we in the good time in wwe because 2017 and 2019 was trash.
I began watching in late 1996 mid;
:1997. Stopped for a full mega 7 months plus
I would and was thinking 5 years probably. The boredom abandoned start started in late ish 2018 even likely toward the middle in, 2019
I honest don't know how wwe survived throughout the late 2010's with vince being in charge
To me the Usos vs the New Day was the best thing on Smackdown in 2017
Wrestling was unwatchable at that time if you think about it triple H and Nick Khan saved WWE
Guys stop at minute 4:15
WTF IS THAT ROSS? UNDERTAKER? XD
NGL, I returned to watching WWE in 2019, after the Royal Rumble.
There were at times when I felt I was content with the product, as it did have some very solid angles going on:
Kofimania
Daniel Bryan's heel run
The short Becky vs Lynch feud leading to WM 35, before Charlotte
NXT Invasion onto Survival Series
The Fiend before Goldberg
Looking at it in hindsight and understanding the product now, yeah. That was a rough period to go through.
I do remember back then this period, i kinda only watch nxt and their takeover. The main roster ppv i kinda watch by result online, glad the bad times over noww
Hope yur voice gets better Ross. Remember to rink some tea with lemon and honey
The only good show that ever aired at that time was NXT, NXT locked it DOWN and was the best to even be seen
Vince put ua through hell...shoving Roman down our throats.
The crowd was DEAD the entire segment because they was thinking “what the hell are we watching???” And this was a lil after Lashley returned to WWE too
Them kendrick beef reactions fucked my boy voice up
Shout out to Roman for standing up for himself when it came to the dog food. If he never did that with the help of Paul we never would have gotten any of what we have now.
The era of 2017-2019 as a whole, ehh NO!! 😂
I'm absolutely loving the Renaissance Era!
Thank you, Papa H! 🎉
It's so nice to enjoy the product in its entirety without complaining about most of it. 😅😅
I am very excited about Raw moving to Netflix next year...😈 NO MORE MUTED CHANTS! (HOPEFULLY 🤞🏾) 🤣
From Jinder as WWE Champion to the Wild Card Rule,WWE was truly garbage from 2017-2019
Pandemic was a reset for WWE,Roman Reigns' heel turn changed everything,HHH in creative has helped like the product we have now is 100x better than 2017-2019 WWE
The pandemic era was kinda bad too lol even though liked Roman , Randy Ortons heel turn was VERY underrated and it’s forgotten and what drew did was cool but it was just a very weird time that I didn’t like a lot of weird shit was happening 😂 it just became consistently watchable in 2022
The pandemic era was even worse
AJ saved Smackdown Live once Mahal lost the WWE title to AJ. I always been a smackdown guy.
I miss brand exclusive PPVs .(
I definitely stopped watching during that time span. As weird as it was the pandemic really saved things IMO
The fact that Renee was on commentary made me stop watching the highlights because she was that terrible and cringe
The answer to your question at the end: Hell no! Trying to get back into WWE because of Vince's trash.
