- Another before and after video of our recent house flip! The market has been on fire this year and we were fortunate to sell this one before we even finished it. We hit a few snags on this one with the city inspector giving us a hard time, costing us weeks and thousands of dollars. I give an important lesson on dealing with inspectors at the end of this video.

I love a double sink because you can be prepping two seperate things.. or you can use one side for dishes and the other for your food prep
I like two sinks. One for washing one for rinsing

I love the separated sink because I can wash the dishes in one side and rinse them in the other side if you just have one big sink you have to wash and rinse in the same sink and that’s not good

I prefer the double sink.
We have one big and really like 👍 it. We redid our kitchen and went to granite, very happy.
I like divided sinks because I’ll scrub all my dishes and wash them and put them to the other side and wash about seven or eight dishes and then rinse them all at the same time and that way they’re separated from the dirty ones

Once again, you put an extra plug in the one wall of the laundry room, for a good space for a spare freezer!! I love to see that in a house!!! I like the in soapbox inlets as well. I just would have but in one or two more and bigger ones in that bathroom.

2 basin sink/ also prefer smooth walls. I have textured walls in my house and the look drives me crazy... plus the textured spots actually collects dust, especially near ceiling fans. Can’t wait to either replace with regular drywall or smooth skim.

I like a double sink so you can put dirty dishes in one side and clean on the other or if you have dirty dishes on one side of the sink you can still was vegetables and have use of the other side.

Recessed metal L-angle transition strip would have looked better on the floor. Calacatta looks great.
I like the one basin sink as well. My parents just re-did their kitchen and my dad is a plumber, so he got a really nice faucet paid for by his boss, but the sink basin is so not cute. Oh well. Whatever makes my mom happy I guess lol
I like both one basin and two basin. Both are just personal preference. If you don’t have a dishwasher, two basin. If you do have a dishwasher, one basin for soaking

One big sink it's simple and minimalistic but makes your kitchen feel a bit larger
My husband has broken so many things on that barrier between the two sinks in the last 30 years. Too lazy to life the item an extra inch. Larger items are harder to clean in a divided sink.
Nice kitchen, except floor tile should not have been extended into living room. I like divided sink so a drainer can be on one side, for hand washed pots. 60 years ago had the large single sink and hated it.

Wait...don't tell me it's normal for anyone/anywhere to turn lights on by flipping the switch down... I am pretty open minded but that is wrong and I won't accept that. 🤣
@@JonSchoeller I live in Australia and New Zealand, all switches - lights, wall sockets, switchboard, every switch everywhere is configured the same way. Flip down to turn on. 😂
