Great strategy! I grew up with the Bronze Age comics too, late 70s, early 80s! Good memories. It would be nice to find a comic spinner stand to display these too.
I love this idea. I've never tried a junk draw auction although I have heard of them. Will definitely try this with comics, as well as other oddball stuff I have. Our new home is a lot smaller than the old one, so a lot of stuff has to go. Thanks for the video.
Excellent advice! And you followed through with all your homework and proof they aren’t worth selling individually! Thinking outside the box && getting people to use their creativity! 🙌🏻💞 your amazing wife had the perfect idea! Y’all are such a great team! Great sale!
Prime Time Treasure Hunter true. Next I’m listing a bottle cap lot - I learned that from your fb bolo. I have tons saved up! Time to list. I’ll let u know how I do 😀
Sorry if I’ve missed it as I catch up on the Chanel that I was lucky to find, but would you share an example of the ads you post to buy the big comic lots. I’ve done a bit of comic flipping, but I’d like to utilize your strategy as well.
Thanks for the video... it was very helpful. I'm going through a divorce and my ex left boxes of comics here. I'm not a comic book person so I'm trying to sell them on Ebay. Thanks for the tips.
What an awesome sale, congratulations! I love the idea of junk drawer lots, I actually sold one today, it wasn’t actually junky lol but I imagine people have those key words saved! It makes sense to take the chance that someone will want them as opposed to just getting rid of them :)
A great tip - just found this video - have often been amazed at the prices being achieved by a group of comics with little or no real significance - I do like the bit about mentioning the era - not thought of that one
yeah that is a great idea. I will be giving that a try for a couple of bundles of low grade/damaged comics and even collectible cards I have. Even outside of ebay when you display a bulk amount of items on facebook marketplace people seem to jump on those alot as well.
Been buying totes full of toys at the thrift store. I've been loting them together according to various criteria ( matchbox, ninja turtles, Pixar, etc.). Needless to say...got a lot of leftovers, gonna try this, thanks for advice.
Excellent video. I really enjoyed it. As a head's up don't forget to include an invoice for the customer with every purchase. I will be sure to do the same as well.
Yes, 60 comics. The cost was Peanuts. That’s why you need to use the Global Shipping Program. Search my channel for reviews on it. You just pay to ship to EBay in Kentucky and they bill the buyer to ship to their country.
Prime Time Treasure Hunter 8 views so far. I’m new to selling and 8 is good for me! :) Will let you know if it sells. :) In no rush and started it too high but that’s ok. Will continue learning. Thanks for the inspiration!
Has literally never happened to me. I have a video all about this. it provides consumer confidence and gives you an edge over other sellers. The reality is that the vast majority of people who make a return will do so within the first few days after receiving an item.
The staging of the comics in this approach is very important to its success!
Nice, I do a similar set up for magazine and other lots.
I have been to multiple garage sales and haven't found a single damn comic.

I know! I have always wanted the Archie comic book stand but it’s too expensive!
Spinner racks are Incredibly overpriced. I’ve never seen one for less then $200

Let me know how it goes!
Nice video Dom! Always enjoyable!
Thanks Don!
Just in time. I have some stacks pictured and ready to list. Thanks!
Go get em!

Thanks Jessy. You can make Jessy’s Junk Drawer lots! Lol

Jessy B looking forwards to it! I have mine saved up too!

Love it, can’t wait to try it with some cool vintage Christmas decor and tchotchkes I just got! 😁
Let me know if it works!

Sure thing. I have tons of comic book videos in my comic book playlist. Please be sure to subscribe. Thank you

Wow. What a great day you had today!!!
Prime Time Treasure Hunter thanks to a bunch of pretty darn cool people!!! 😎
I really enjoyed this video. Each One Teach One is the same way I mentored my Soldiers before I retired. Good On You.
Thank you!

Great Video Dom, as always! In the process of doing this with some Ephemera items! Have a great week 🔥😉👩🌾
Thanks Noel! Always great to hear from the long time Prime Timers!
Great information! I need to try this with video games I have and just lot them up.
Let me know what happens!
A good reminder of what can be done when we think outside the box.
Thanks Bob. My specialty. Lol

Thanks for all you share Dom !
Sure thing!
Hey Prime Time, on large paper items like full page newspaper ads do you think I should roll and tube or send folded on the original fold creases?
My rule is that I go with how it came. So if I found it. Lay it ships flat. If I found it rolled it ships rolled.
@@PrimeTimeTreasureHunter Thank you
What do u start your bid at
Excellent! I enjoyed this!!!
Thank you!
Love this video.....use this technique with all kinds of stuff.......great advice :)
Thanks sir!! Wait till you see the next video. Right up your alley!
It was 60 books? How did you ship them out of the country? Cost?

Man, you are just brilliant! Thanks again.

Martha Hamilton sure thing!
The Star Wars and Batman comics could have been what enticed people to buy it.
Thanks for sharing
Good idea though 18 minutes to say. "Sell them as a junk drawer lot" is a bit overkill.
Why a free 60 day return? What happens in two months and they want a return?
Has literally never happened to me. I have a video all about this. it provides consumer confidence and gives you an edge over other sellers. The reality is that the vast majority of people who make a return will do so within the first few days after receiving an item.
Talking about worthless floppies while showing expensive ones. I find... Annoying somehow.
What can I tell ya.
Like most you tube vids, he takes 10 minutes to get to the point. This is a good video, but should have been 3 minutes long.
Sorry but I don’t do Cliff Notes on RUclips.
Most very popular YTb'ers are very talkative. I see this over and over on a wide range of topics.
As an example see Techmoan.
