4 1/2 lbs Husked Wheat
6 1/2 lbs Whole Chicken
6 1/2 lbs Leg lamb cut into pieces
17 cups of water to boil Chicken
12 cups of water to boil lamb leg
20 cups to boil Husked Wheat
4 cups of chicken stock
4 cups of lamb Stock
