To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? He that has ears to hear, let him hear. Are you saved? Where will you go when you die? Heaven or hell? The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. Although God's creation was created perfect, having no death, sickness and disease, the creation became corrupted through Adam and Eve in them disobeying God. In this rebellion the creation became fallen through the curse of sin and mankind became separated from God. This world is fallen, but God offers reconciliation to him through his provision at the cross. Ultimately God will restore his creation to perfection when he returns but those that who reject his offer of redemption will remain condemned by their sins and go to hell. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. I saw a perfect replica of it at Comic Con and was mesmerized by how intimidating it looked. I thought immediately: yes, THAT is what Batman would drive. Forget all the others. They look like clown cars compared to this...
I used to work at a very famous thrill park in Valencia, CA. They have a replica of this amazing vehicle at that park, and it was a great thing to see it every day for four years.
The '89 Batmobile is the absolute best of the Bat cars, closely followed by the 1960s Batmobile. Iconic and I was there in 1989 on opening weekend at the theatre wide eyed at this beast roaring on the big screen. Good times.
These dudes created a beauty, haunts me in my dreams even as an adult. I wish we could all have batmobiles! freeways of batmobiles for miles and miles.
I mean who is the car maker who want to buy or bought the right of the car design....? And if you are involved in the design tell me what was the inspiration of this car.... ?
For me this is the definitive Batmobile. It not only looks menacingly beautiful but it does actual seem like a practical real-world design compared to everything that followed. It had the right balance of flair and functionality for me.
Makes sense, I think it was based on the design of a vehicle that beat those speed records in a desert some years before the movie was made. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thrust2
as much as i liked da Adam west version since i was a kid...when i saw dis in 1989 as a teen it blew my mind an took my breath away..dis is da 1 and only true batmobile
Batman has always had a Gothic quality and Burton got that like no director since. I loved Nolan’s version but that Gothic quality wasn’t there- it has to be slightly operatic and over the top just a bit.
The film was number one at the box office for several weeks and CRUSHED its competitors Ghostbusters 2 and Indiana Jones. I'm sure he earned enough money to buy his wife a brand new replacement with all the options the factory could fit on it! :D
I want to write that my name is Josh Tate and i'm writing that the year 2024 will not only be the 35th anniversary of Tim Burton's 1989 Batman film but it will also be Batman's 85th anniversary year too.
Shhhhh. That's crazy talk. It's only 1989 and I'm still in highschool awaiting Beetlejuice to play Batman. Theres no way I'm on my porch in 2024, rocking back and forth in my chair because I'm worn out from the day.
know wat we are the most lucky ones who got to see the first batman movie and the latest ones too. people born in 90s who only began with watching Batman begins didn't get the taste of the real batman on the big screen
You have no idea how generations work, do you? I was born in the 90s and I still got to see every Batman movie before Batman Begins. That movie came out in 2005 for crying out loud! Do you think I never watched any movies prior to getting 10 years old and only then starting to watch TV? Granted the first Batman movie I saw was Batman Forever, but I did see Batman 89 shortly afterwards and then Returns and then B & Robin. EDIT: now I saw you specified "on the big screen". Well in that case I've yet to see a Batman movie like that. Watched them all on TV.
From my childhood I remember this car model exactly for two reasons... 1- how sleek it looked on the big screen and 2 - the imprint it left on my face, as my little brother threw his cast iron batmobile at my forehead while we were play fighting! Nearly knocked me out. 🦇😅
Best batmobile ever was in batman returns just because it was this one but blacker and more slick..... Then my 2nd favorite one is Val Kilmers on Batman forever its truly bad ass
Jeff Dunham (Ahmed the Dead Terrorist) has a very functional one, I believe it was the #3 of the 3 that were built. Used as a promo vehicle, but not in the movie.
The Michael Keaton Batmobile is my all-time favourite better hope you hopefully we get to see it in the movie the flash only time will tell but I’m really looking forward to it
Meanwhile at Honda: They can't figure out why Bruce Wayne keeps ordering '87 civic headlights. Meanwhile at the Batcave: Bruce Wayne wonders why '87 civics don't come with bullet proof headlights as an optional extra.
I have the plastic model and the poster with the blonde chick standing beside it beside from a old Chrome Flames Magazine. The Blonde chick was in an episode of Married With Children. I wonder what ever happened to her?
This will always be "THE" Batmobile. I really wish WB would bring it back and keep using this for every film. I know it probably wouldn't have worked for Chirstopher Nolan, but every other Batman film should have just stuck with this Batmobile.
The movie itself may not have aged well, but the 1989 Batmobile is still the best IMO. As much as I love the Nolan Trilogy, they were sorely missing a good Batmobile.
the first and second movies age very well, you dont know what you are talking about. the had a other worldly/timeless quality. the nolan movies will not look good in years to come when fashions change.
Still the best Batmobile for me. It looks beastly, sleek, powerful, intimidating and reasonably campy. Yet still resembles a car. Perfection.
Beautifully said!
agreed completely, best batmobile, and frightening array of features put on slick display in the movies
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? He that has ears to hear, let him hear.
Are you saved? Where will you go when you die? Heaven or hell?

Fully and that one in the dark knight has flappy wobbly bits etc, so gay.
yep. still my favorite batmobile.
Hands down, the BEST Batmobile of all time!
sandite26 oh HELL YEAH IT IS
Exactly what I was about to write : for me the best design of all, and from far !
That Honda Civic headlights are so menacing!
Absolutely! And the worst to me the one from Nolan's trilogy.
@tim conway weird question, I don't know what has to do with the batmobile. Anyway, I live in Spain, so no, I didn't vote for Hillary.
Out of all the new iterations of the batmobile this is still the absolute best!
I have to agree. Seems like you can find this one somewhere in the ones after. Maybe not the tumbler as much. Front wheels? Black?
I got to see this in person at the Smithsonian. I simply stood there in awe for 30 minutes, taking in every last detail.
MelancoliaI it’s still there.
I saw a perfect replica of it at Comic Con and was mesmerized by how intimidating it looked. I thought immediately: yes, THAT is what Batman would drive. Forget all the others. They look like clown cars compared to this...

Best Batmobile ever, hands down!
@tim conway What... does this have to do with The Batmobile?
@tim conway Your comment. It has nothing to do with the Batmobile. Did you reply to the wrong comment?
Best Batmobile, Best Batsuite, Best Batman Logo, Best Soundtrack, Best Movie Look, Best Penguin, Best Catwoman....Damn...🔥❤️
Ah, a man of culture, I see!
Best Batmobile ever By Far!
The coolest batmobile.
The '89 Batmobile is the absolute best of the Bat cars, closely followed by the 1960s Batmobile. Iconic and I was there in 1989 on opening weekend at the theatre wide eyed at this beast roaring on the big screen. Good times.

100% HANDS DOWN THEEE BEST CAR FOR REPRESENTING BATMAN AND WHAT HE SHOULD BE DRIVING
For me this is the definitive Batmobile. It not only looks menacingly beautiful but it does actual seem like a practical real-world design compared to everything that followed. It had the right balance of flair and functionality for me.

This was the car Batman had when I was a little kid, and my favorite version.
I always loved this Batmobile
It’s currently on display at the National Museum of American History in Washington DC.
Seriously???? Dude..... this car is the best batmobile in my opinion.
Notorious serious lol 😂
I grew up with this car, iconic! Glad to finally see how the thought process came to be.
as much as i liked da Adam west version since i was a kid...when i saw dis in 1989 as a teen it blew my mind an took my breath away..dis is da 1 and only true batmobile
NUBLAFIED NUBBIE 92? This movie came out in 89. You watched it 3 years after it came out?
DjJokerr
oops my bad i was thinking of batman returns date...edited... thanks
Batman has always had a Gothic quality and Burton got that like no director since. I loved Nolan’s version but that Gothic quality wasn’t there- it has to be slightly operatic and over the top just a bit.
This is the only Batman Michael Keaton & the only batmobile period.
Top of my shopping list once I win the lottery
batman 1989 is the best movie all characters, car, etc, nothing will replace it
I couldn't agree more!
John Evans and his team did an excellent job putting that car together.
Definetly my all time favorite Batmobile! Hands down!👌😎👉❤🦇
My favorite MOVIE Batmobile. My favorite Batmobile period would be the early 90s comic one that looked like a Lamborghini.
Legend has it, that guy's wife is still driving around with no headlights on her car.
The film was number one at the box office for several weeks and CRUSHED its competitors Ghostbusters 2 and Indiana Jones. I'm sure he earned enough money to buy his wife a brand new replacement with all the options the factory could fit on it! :D
Love this batmobile. They remind me of the hot wheels 1971 Jet Threat, or the power rocket.
If Darkwing Duck was Batman, this would be his car… I loved it
When talking dream cars, I'd rather have this Batmobile than anything else. It'd get the most attention.
Build it yourself. It can be done. 👍
O melhor Batman e o mais lindo Batmóvel até hoje.
This and the Arkham Knight Batmobile are my all time favorites.
Ps: 89 Batmobile inspired the design of the AK batmobile.
@Nigerian Prince but the missiles are never used to kill people
@Nigerian Prince the missiles were only to demobilize vehicles. He did use rubber bullets for civilians.
My dream automobile.
THE PINACLE BAT-MOBILE. Timeless design, best ever version EVA!

89' BATMOBILE, STILL MY ULTIMATE DREAM CAR!

Yes.. this is the best looking batmobile.
My FAVORITE batmobile
From my childhood I remember this car model exactly for two reasons... 1- how sleek it looked on the big screen and 2 - the imprint it left on my face, as my little brother threw his cast iron batmobile at my forehead while we were play fighting! Nearly knocked me out. 🦇😅
Iconic car.
Funny i never noticed that before 4:10 where he leans so the bat ears dont get cut off.
Formula 1 meets Hot Rods and expensive Cars from the 30s. Great Design
Best batmobile ever was in batman returns just because it was this one but blacker and more slick..... Then my 2nd favorite one is Val Kilmers on Batman forever its truly bad ass
Holy Batmobile Batman
The BEST movie 🏆🏆🏆
*This should have been included in the **_Batman_** DVD.* I used to own it.
The Greatest BATMOBILE of all times. 🏆
Jeff Dunham (Ahmed the Dead Terrorist) has a very functional one, I believe it was the #3 of the 3 that were built. Used as a promo vehicle, but not in the movie.
He also had it made street legal. But due to contracts signed can't use it as an every day car. Or to fight crime at night, for that matter. 🦇
The Michael Keaton Batmobile is my all-time favourite better hope you hopefully we get to see it in the movie the flash only time will tell but I’m really looking forward to it
Dont know if it was in the film but we had a fieldtrip to the indianapolis motor speedway and they had one in there collection
My dream car!
It reminds me to much to the LMP1 prototype race cars!!!.
Burton Batman's, The Phantom 1996. and The Shadow 1994. for a great noir-ish throw-back movie night.
I got to see one in person at a car show in Miami some years ago. If you think it looks good in film then in person will simply take your breath away.
If any car should come with it's own soundtrack, it's the '89 Batmobile.
This car is still on my wishlist. Who wants to buy it for me? XD
best BM ever
That’s hot
Honda in the front, Ferrari in the back
Best BM

Funny to think that, nowadays, they'd model it in a CAD system and then have the foam CNC milled.
And it even had the coolest shields, and voice control.. wonder why they did not mention.
I have the plastic model and the poster with the blonde chick standing beside it beside from a old Chrome Flames Magazine. The Blonde chick was in an episode of Married With Children. I wonder what ever happened to her?
I give it a tie between the Burton films and The Animated Series Batmobile for the best all time
This will always be "THE" Batmobile.

It appear in Flash when young Barry look at it.
Bale's Batmobile had to be the worst
Jonathan Sweeting nope, kilmer and clooneys batmobiles are the worst,
The absolute worst.

I would love to ride this car the batmobile.
The movie itself may not have aged well, but the 1989 Batmobile is still the best IMO. As much as I love the Nolan Trilogy, they were sorely missing a good Batmobile.

@Jay Tate the Nolan films are good what do you mean?
Returns has aged well. The original, not so much...
My uncle built the transmission for that car.
Looks like an airplane.
Its aerodynamics make it look like an endurance LMP1 prototype race car.
