iF the mobileSync folder is not there you need to get working iphone or ipad then sync first.after sync matic itunes create that folder for back up

- Did not found the folder "Apple Computer" after run %APPDATA%. I used the directory "User/Apple/MobileSync/Backup" instead
- I didnt need step 4,5,6 After restore the backup and connect to wifi just bypass the MDM lock!!!

I got it working if i dont connect it to wifi, but as soon as i follow your steps, and DO connect to wifi, it stops me from being able to deactivate the ipad at step 4. do you have any suggestions?

works perfectly , just follows the steps and you will be good , I did it on a Windows beacuse i dont have a Mac , it works but still get the messege in settings. Can you update your phone as usual , or will MDM reactivate ?

You need ro sign in with your iCloud account and let it sync in for a minute then put your simcard and then restart the iPhone.

Hey sir, all the above has worked I understand by reseting or updating, the MDM is still there. However is there anyways to remove the supervision which is sill noted on the ipad settings ?
