Love it when an architect and builder work together perfectly and incorporate unique aspects of the existing landscape into the design of the home. This home is so gorgeous that I'm actually surprised the asking price isn't a couple of million euros higher. Especially when the fact that its situated on a world-class golf course/club is added in.
I love this villa, especially its magical mature garden with ancient cork oaks, a true beauty. I believe the architect has successfully integrated the modern design with the surrounding landscape. The location on the front line of the Valderrama golf course also adds to the property's value. I think it is a property with an excellent quality-price ratio. Definitely worth considering.

I'm not sure what's worse the trend of having to walk through your bathroom to get to your closet or having to directly walk into your closet before you get into your bedroom. Otherwise seems like a good value home.
I knew Victoria is from Ukrainian because of her beauty and fashion what a sweetheart she needs to practice her pool and golf game any time she is ready just let me know and I will train her to be a professional
Why so often the 90 degrees with the sunken in seating in the garden. Not comfortable to sit at all and cushions ain’t changing that. Please make them at a comfortable angle!
No seperate office, no gym, no dirty kitchen. Cons of this house. Golf simulator doesn't make sense. Too much seating areas. Walking wardrobe on the entrance of the room. Wtf 😢
Different people need different things maybe it doesn’t sit right with you but it is perfect for other people for me for example it is perfect I don’t really need my office to be accessible for business partners I do my nessisary meetings whilst golfing or if that’s not professional enough we do a zoom meeting
