Have you ever thought about streaming board games with friends? Would be cool to watch you play all these board games you lay out for us

That sounds great,but his friends may not be willing to be filmed for extensive amounts of time unlike him, so if that is the case, he needs to respect their will.

Thanks for the great overview. This was already on my radar (no pun intended?), but now it's definitely going on my "must buy" list. Funny that you mention Alchemists. That was the very first game I ever played at my local board game meetup several years ago, and I'm pretty sure part of my brain melted during that game. I think the focus on just the deduction will make Planet X much more accessible.

This is a really cool game, I don’t usually get board games but I’ll pick this one up
Can you imagine playing this after completing a round of Among Us? Pairs incredibly well.

this kept getting better and better !!! i was worried there might be an annoyingly frustrating mechanic at some point bc everything sounded so sleek and fun? i am delighted that boardgamegeek says it can play well with 2 !!!! this might be one i get for the next gift-giving holiday because the theming and style is so on point.

These games are pretty cool but theres a new one I'll bet you havent heard about!
Theres this amazing character, but they turn evil and kill like the strongest person in the party. They do have pretty bad dialogue though.

Looks amazing, too bad my friend group can't even play clue well.
Hmmm, seems kinda fun, but I wish there was a way this could have used cards or something instead of an app. But I understand there'd be no way to preserve the *exact* mechanics preserved without an app since there's no way to make a guess and only get told you're wrong without also having the correct answer revealed to some one with just cards unless you had some one taking the role of referee who isn't playing the game themselves.
in a lot of games, it's exactly like you said, an app makes it so that everyone can play and one person doesn't have to be the GM/fact-checker, and i'll just say in this game it would be absolutely miserable if you just had to sit there and check facts. that, and because the app can instantly generate a unique game each time and give you immediate feedback without having to go through say a large reference book is absolutely invaluable

To be honest, I wish Clue wasn't the only board game I had growing up to the point where I got sick of it because this just seems like a more interesting version of Clue and I love space, but I would hate it now

Hmm. I spent the whole video trying to figure out if you are a lefty.
I’m always wary of board games the require an app, because it’s inevitably going to go away or stop working at some point. Then you’ll be left with a useless board game that can’t be played anymore.
I think they’re extremely bad ideas....if your board game requires an app to handle most of the gameplay, then just make a video game...
