Hi, I'm about to get one beautiful jimny, how does the automatic transmission behave? Is it good? I've heard it helps a lot, specially when you're not an expert off-roader. Nice vid, greetings from Costa Rica

Hi Dennis, we have driven the manual and auto offroad and we love the automatic. Our own Jimny is an automatic and its amazing offroad, no clutch burning on steep slopes when taking off and its amazing in sand and mud, we would highly rate the auto. Enjoy your new Jimny, thanks for the comment.

I test drove a Jimny on the highway N1 and i was not sold, yes it is an offroader than tar-roader. Do they drive and feel better with the aftermarket suspension like OME? And does the snorkel improve the performance just a little?

Hi, we love our Jimny and are not at all afraid of long drives on the tar, we just keep it around 110 - 120 KPH and enjoy the journey. Once we get offroad its amazing and such a joy to drive. We have the standard suspension but are considering OME or IronMan upgrade, not sure if the snorkel improves performance, but it looks epic.

Hey, from the Sani Pass Hotel its probably reasonably about 1.5 hours depending on the conditions. Took us about that time with a few photo stops and getting through the border. Let us know if you need any more info on Sani or Lesotho, happy to help, its a great trip and well worth a visit.
