In bihar we don't use tomatoes/dahi in non-veg gravy....if it's too spicy u can sprinkle some lemon while having it.
No, because onion ki quantity is very high. For 1 kg mutton min half kg onion. Also this mutton style has more onion and garlic flavour. 👍

What happened to whole garlic (s) and its peals. Did it also cook and mix in masala. Also any specific reason for not using pealed and crushed garlic.
The garlic remain the same in size but it gets cooked and flavored. You can eat this whole garlic and believe me it's amazing in taste.
You're supposed to eat it, or even better suck the while bulb out like a Nalli
