When you report its an Hassel to get the guest to payback. We usually take pics after every clean

The bulb at the cabin where the bin is at is blinking...
Please install some hidden (outside ) cameras as well especially due to the fact u not in a gated scheme. I know u already have cams install but put some hidden outside ones especially out by the entrance
I think it's because of the camera why the bulb seems like it's blinking. We have cameras in places already thanks 👍🏾

Report them to Airbnb . You should have your guest put down a security deposit. They will get their money back once you have inspected the property, hotels do it all the time.
To be honest I get your point and we did tell airbnb that we didn't want to host these guest again and left them a bad review. However, as it relates to a security deposit it's something that when we travel we don't like it when host try to request a deposit so we don't do it as host

It's best to get borax powder and put in the corners those Pyro things are toxic .. the borax is orderless and not toxic and last for a long time.

Some guests are so inconsiderate. Sorry you had to deal with that. You should file a claim with Airbnb for reimbursement, if you haven't already. It's covered by their insurance as long as you provide proof of damage and receipts for repairs. Best wishes and keep up the good work.

That’s just awful, we always leave Airbnb’s like it’s our home. I’m not sure if oil based paints are banned in Jamiaca. Here in the states we have Kilz primer, I always use that first and then I paint with a water-based satin paint and believe me your paint would not come off so easily. I clean my walls on a regular and had little ones in the house as well. You’ll definitely need at least 2 coats of each. Hope this helps😀
Oil based paints are not banned but its the drywall that tore off not the paint. We use sherwin williams brand to paint the walls and they hold up good as well

With my Airbnb,I don’t have guests check in the same day another guest is checking out. I give my house keeper one day to turn the house, clean and breeze and freshen and give myself time to make unexpected repairs.
Doing it the way you are doing checkin and check out back to back.. you are opening yourself for bad reviews and low ratings which will kill your business 💯
We usually have time in between but because we operate in a seasonal environment when it's peak season we have to try and maximize

I always wondered if Airbnb has a damage policy for people who damage your property. It is quite unfair that you guys have fix these things out-of-pocket.
They do have a thing they call airbnb cover where you can report the damages and they would send to money to repair. However, you have to prove that the guest did it and send in invoices as the sort just to get the money back.
Sadly, some don't have respect for other people's property. Put their names out there so others can be aware. To me, that's just pure bad mind and jealousy. That's why some people are careful who they rent to. That's a lesson to learn from. Not everyone mean you well!!
