Well done on another great film. That looked like perfect weather for your adventure. What a viewpoint your pitch had. I hope Gemma is OK and didn't suffer too much. Can't wait for the next outing. John.
Hi John, Gemma was very poorly for a good few days after filming and then a few days after being at home I was the next one to get ill putting us both out of action for a while. It meant delaying the collection of the campervan and limited time to get out and about before the Iceland hiking trail. Lots of adventures planned so watch this space…🗺️🧭📍
Wow again! What a Awesome location and cracking camp spot. You sure had some decent weather to enjoy it. Tent looks the bollocks and food looked healthy. Thanks for sharing another awesome adventure. Look forward to the next one
It was up there with one of our best weekend adventures, paddling across the lake to the hotel was cool, the food and view from the outdoor dining area was a real treat. We keep stumbling on wedding events, when we were in Isle of Skye walking down from the Quiraing in another wild camping adventure we heard the bagpipes and realised there was an incredibly early wedding happening. Great way to end a hike that was ☺️
Our lunch spot on this trip was a lakeside hotel, called The Inn on the Lake. Next door to where we sat is Ramblers Bar which also has a great atmosphere.
@@wildwanderwomen694 fantastic, we’ve booked a place in Windermere but I’ll be doing a few days wild camps in different locations and this is definitely on my list . Can’t wait ! Thanks for your information, hope you have plenty more adventures 🛶😃
Sorry was not having a go at you enjoyed the vid, it was more aimed at the TV presenters when they discuss the subject, should have made that clearer, we used to camp and fish a lot on islands on Windermere and Ullswater.
Thoroughly enjoy your videos, usually have a silly grin on my face from start to finish. Thanks for letting us share in your adventures. All the best. 🏕️
Thanks Harry, so pleased to hear you enjoy our adventures. We will have some more coming out soon as we have a trip to Scotland so keep your 👀 peeled 👌🥾⛰️🚐
Thanks for your comment! I appreciate your concern. I made sure to follow Leave No Trace principles and camp responsibly, but I understand the importance of respecting local guidelines. Fly camping is legal in certain areas with permission, and I always aim to be respectful of the environment and local regulations. I’ll keep your feedback in mind for future trips.
Brilliant video.
ATB Dan 👍 👍 👍 👍
Fantastic camp spot girls, and a glass ,well cup of wine too.lovley.
We are always keen to find a good spot to camp, learning from our earliest camps in 2021. Our luck was in for this trip with the weather 👌

Thank you for your lovely comments Dai 😊
Great video, really makes me want to visit Ullswater now😊
May I ask where you lunched from ? Looks like you had a great time 🌲 🏕️
Ullswater is a fantastic location and base for almost any activity.
Our lunch spot on this trip was a lakeside hotel, called The Inn on the Lake. Next door to where we sat is Ramblers Bar which also has a great atmosphere.

what pub are you at?
Hi sorry for missing your message, it’s the ‘Inn On The Lake’, www.lakedistricthotels.net/innonthelake/eat-and-drink
The girl with the paddleboard should get a packraft instead.
Why is "wild" put in front of normal outdoor activities nowadays? been going on for eons😄 you'd think swimming and camping had just been invented.
It’s good to have your input to reflect on, hope you enjoy our next adventure series

Aww that’s ace. Great feedback. Thank you 😊
This is illegal fly camping in the Lake District.

@wildwanderwomen694 if everyone responded in the manner you just have, the world would be a far better place. Thanks 👍
