1. hepdanaviruses DON'T have their own RNA polymerase, but uses their host's enzymes for this. 2. they DON'T have double stranded DNA, but they have a so-called 'partially double stranded' DNA because part of it is single stranded. 3. Their DNA is NOT coiled, they only have a few kilobase pairs of DNA material (3-4 kb) but they do use overlapping genes (meaning that the genetic code of one gene can have base pairs of another gene's code). So after 3 minutes in i doubted everything you said...
HBV contains DNA polymerase firstly n secondly HBV have double stranded circular (incomplete) DNA rather than supercoiled one.correct me if m wrong.thanks
GUYS PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS VIDEO he’s inventing the full process. Those are few mistakes he’s making: Once inside the nucleus: 1 the partially dsDNA is repaired to dsDNA and 2 the dna is transcribed by cellular dna Pol not viral dna Pol. Maybe the one you think it is the viral dna Pol is protein X that has a transactivation activity. Than the process of revers tanscriptased happens not inside the nucleus but INSIDE the viral core which find itself in the Cytoplasm. I mean you invented the process... before making a video please read a book: Jawetz or Murray Microbiology could be just fine. If those books are mistaking thank at least publish the refs.
You are right .. but where the reverse transcriptase works on mRNA ?? in nucleus or cytoplasm And is the reverse transcriptase already carried in the virus or it will be encoded by viral genome ??
Was actually helpful, I just died when he sneezed and the video went silent for like a minute - I assumed he was wiping his nose, hilarious! I'm just a bit unclear about the mechanism for the circularisation, like how does it actually occur.
If the world had more people like you, it would be a better place. You make a difference, Dr Igudia thank you for curing my Hepatitis B infection and introducing your medical products to the worlds
I thought my body would never be the same again, but you fixed it. My heartiest gratitude to you Dr Igudia for helping me cure my Hepatitis B virus successfully.

got fed up when u just mentioned about RNA polymerase instead of DNA polymerase. Please give a valid and authentic answer to the viewers.

Yes levinson wrote this!
Exactly, DNA is converted to supercoiled dsDNA.
Contains DNA polymerase
pleasure and am so lucky i came across you on RUclips am negative now so happy thank 🙏 you so much sir you are the best Wow Dr. Adaze its a 🔛
Sir pls make more videos about hepatitis virus family ...
Okay

Thanks, I wish I read this before I watched. Waste of time. Wish he'd blow his nose too.
camilla semenzato ....I came here just to understand this little point and he made me more confuse.

Rylin Jansen me too heheheh..

pretty useful, I turned the video into speed 2.0 tho. thanks a lot!
Watch at 1.5x speed. A simplified version of the process.
Hey Shomu this Hepatitis has DNA polymerase not RNA polymerase.....Please make that correction
Thankyou, Great video!
Hai sir,can you please make a video on hepatitis A
thank you for the very nice illustration, now i am ready to explain it to my friend in our group project :)
dearest shomu, why didn't you mention the incompleteness of positive strand of DNA,
thanks a lot for the tutorials
With gratitude in my i want to say big thank you for healing my son. Dr. Adaze
Dear Shomu, are there viruses that work in the same way that have already been cured?
Please I want to know how many days the hepatitis b virus take to replicate upon entering the human body
thank you shomu da. Darun laglo
It has relaxed circular DNA .ccDNA develops once it enters hepatocytes nucleus
Honestly when I found out I had hepatitis b, I thought that was the end of it all, but cuddles to Dr Ayomede you the best
thank you.
is it DNA polymearse or RNA polymerase?
@Pragyan Dahal its RNA polymerase.
@@silentuser6593
RNA dependent DNA polymerase.
Brilliant
Very useful to me :)
can you plz ask how to stop vrious growing ....
not RNA polymerase...
HBV dont have RNA polymerase it has Its own DNA polymerase🙄
No more itching or pains, all outbreaks gone for good thanks Dr.Ayomede your supplements are truly the best for permanent cure
SCAM
Im here from Woyteks class, F2018!! (12-3-18)
If the world had more people like you, it would be a better place. You make a difference, Dr Igudia thank you for curing my Hepatitis B infection and introducing your medical products to the worlds
useless, you ARE COMFUSING THE FULL PROCESS, next time instead of this use a SIMPLE PAPER AND PEN to explain your topic.
@singularity
that's actually correct
tnx
I thought my body would never be the same again, but you fixed it. My heartiest gratitude to you Dr Igudia for helping me cure my Hepatitis B virus successfully.
plz tell the reference of this video sir
DNA polymeras not RNA
bhut gussa aa ra h aaj aapka vidio dekhkr so re ho kya
Great experience doc, you are a godsent dr odija on RUclips, keep up the good work, I am completely free from HSV2.
The capsid buds at the ER
Your sniffing makes it annoying tho.
Is it reverse transcriptase?? Useless video
totally confusing
kills everything kills everything....kills everything
you're teaching wrong stuff
You need to tell the right thing with proof
