It´s always something subjective. What you don´t like, perhaps, some others do like... In the meanwhile, it´s true, there´s a lot of rubbish ( and showed in good galleries ). I´ll give you my Instagram in case you want to browse my rubbish a little bit... If you don´t like it you can freely tell me...!!!

glad we're finally in a world where reviewers such as yourself have the courage and confidence to call out the rubbish of the art game...for too long, modern art has been mindlessly revered and given a free pass as if it were sacred and sacrosanct....satisfying to hear an honest and sincere response... thanks Robert... I completely agree with your sentiments, what a load of drivel! It’s quite depressing seeing the quality of art circa 2023. Churned out to make a quick buck with no regard to creativity or originality. Most of it looks like A-Level art student projects. Contents aside I appreciate your time in making this video, and your honesty, keep it up👍🏻
My Friend there was a time when editorial and Ad agencies depended on highly skilled academic Illustrators, infamous ! Art could not be authentic if it did the same , it was about ideas that were not illustrated rather came from the inside out. Today there is no longer a marketplace that relies on the craft- Illustrators. Art is a glut of Illustrations....without the work having the talent to perform at a high level. simply put. I guess the buyers $$$$$ prefer representation over concept. Yuck !

Just build on top of the N.Y school. To be fair it takes a mature -open mind and that's really not what the market wants. I don't blame the young artists but to grow into a mature style ...it's a life - commitment !
