I worked down Industrial Row about 14 years ago. The signals had new LEDs installed and countdown pedestrian signals added. The intersection runs SCATS on a Siemens M50.

8:52 YES! a right trun arrow on the signal and not dangling by itself! The left turn red doesn't flash evenly - it flashes like a vintage signal.

The uneven flash is caused by the SCATS controller that most signals in Oakland County use.

There are some more flashing red "dots" that will eventually be flashing yellow left turn arrows.
