Kudos to that guy for actually planning ahead and using Dimension Wall instead of Magic Ciliders
Oh yeah true. Because Dimension Wall gives the "no, you" damage as an immediate result from the battle initiated by the opponent's monsters attacking.
Meanwhile, with Cylinder, it has to target the monster, negate their attack afterward, THEN the damage.
(Correct me if I'm wrong 🤔)

Magic cylinder is just overrated because it was played on the anime, the amount of people i see saying "wow imagine if he played magic cylinder there" is ridiculous. Dimensional wall is where is at

I mean barely anyone play dimension wall to begin with so he going for another cyberdark end for in case opponent having super poly on their backrow since some despia deck do run it(mainly darklord despia or shaddoll) and since super poly cannot target if the card unaffected to card effect,he can do a otk

@@chaotixninja5 It was Dimension Wall. Effect: "Activate only when an opponent's monster declares an attack. Instead of you, your opponent takes the Battle Damage you would have taken from this battle."
So its better than Magic Cylinder, because its not target to monster.
@@chaotixninja5 quaeretis is the fusion monster in the middle, it's effect make all monsters' ATK other than lvl 8 or higher fusion monster to be 0, so combined with the dimension wall trap basically like got mirrored direct attack cause of the 0 atk monster

I really love playing Cyberdarks because making that big chungus is so damn satisfying, but man it's easy to break.

Who even runs dimension wall? XD It's those weird techs that can catch people offguard. HOWEVER, Cyberdark man should have kept the omninegate on his field. :V so I guess they got what they asked for.

I have lost count of the number of times i have forced a Cyber player to scoop by negating a summon. Unaffected doesn't mean anything until your on the field proper.
Thunder Dragons were the best fusion deck this festival.

should equip it with cybern attachment so if this equip card destroyed you can summon cyberdarkness then equip with cyber end

the difference between magic cylinder and dimension wall
magic cylinder effects the monster (if uneffected or can't be targeted than it won't work)
dimension wall effect the player himself not the monster )
and people thinking that getting a large beatstick uneffected be opponent effects is instant win
lesson today is don't celebrate to early whatever you have in your board until you hit the opponent life points to 0 than celebrate

To be fair, people rarely run battle traps these days, let alone one like Dimensional Wall which only applies for one battle. Most traps are negates or removal. So it’s understandable that they’ve been caught off guard.
That said, all they really needed to do was to keep Cyberdarkness Dragon for the negate.

This is why you run Dimensional Wall and not Magic Cylinder. Magic Cylinder targets, and Cyberdark End Dragon would have been unaffected by it.
