Dude... we finns dig holes into ice so we can swim in the freezing water in wintertime, it actually makes the blood flow better. And i've personally been in a t-shirt outside for 15 minutes in near -40 celcius, was a bit over -39, and also was a bit chilly after 15 minutes. Really, depending on the place ppl live, of course they'll get hypothermia in -32 if that's about the max that place gets during the winter, i live in the coldest area of finland so i'm more used to that kind of cold.
I wished I had such nice straight hair, Northern Europe people are known for that, but mine are a bit too wild actually during the awkward period, although naturally they are straight. I hope they'll get better by the weight and gravity while growing longer. \m/
