Thank goodness I found your video on RUclips!! I had been researching the various units for days and each time I thought I had decided on one, something would make me hesitate. I couldn’t keep up with the pros and cons of each for my own personal needs. This video answered all of my questions and now that I know where to find more information I feel more comfortable purchasing the Rumblex Plus. 😇
Wow am I glad I came across your video explaining in depth the differences of the several models. You hit on all aspects one needs to know in choosing the right platform. I am super impressed with this product and will be ordering one this week. Now I’m ready to watch one of your workout videos. You truly did a fantastic job explaining on this video. Thank you very much!
I switched out my curved Pro for the flat Plus after only 2 days of adding in 10 mins exercise midday. The curve made my foot arches hurt (and knees and shins). I am pretty fit with no balance issues, and I have flat feet and hypermobile joints. I checked with my doctor and she said, “no curve!” The Rumblex Plus has been much better for me from day one.
My sister just bought the rumblex original. I was on the website trying to figure out which one I should buy. Your comparison has been extremely helpful. Thank you!
I wanted to know the difference between the types of movement of the waver & mini, versus the rumblex. I think the rumblex moves in more directions, and I'd like to know the benefit of that versus the waver or mini.
Hello! Both the Waver/Mini and the Rumblex offer Oscillation movement which is best for weight loss, toning, increasing circulation, lymphatic drainage, and detox. The Rumblex offers additional movements such as Pulsation for pain relief, increasing bone density, increasing flexibility, massage, and sleep. and Laterla which is great for building your core and balance. :)
@@Lifeprofitness thank you! That's important to know. I'm a woman in my 50s and if I can address bone density with a vibrating plate, it's worth the extra money. So I will go with the Rumblex. 👍🏽
The specifications for Rumblex say amplitude 0-12mm/1.5mm/8mm. Can you explain, do those different numbers correspond to the different modes, oscillating, pulsating, lateral? And the 1-12 mm corresponds to increasing the speed while in the oscillation mode? If so, you could assume that the halfway point of speed settings, 30 would correspond to the halfway point of amplitude of 6 mm?
The amplitude (0-12mm) on the Rumblex likely relates to different modes (oscillating, pulsating, lateral), with higher speeds increasing the amplitude. While the halfway speed might align with around 6mm, it's best to consult a doctor or professional for personalized advice. 🧡
What is the purpose of the curve? I’m listening to your video now but I don’t hear why there is a curve in the first place in the original Rumblex and in the Pro. I purchased the original before I found this video and I’m trying to determine if I purchased the right model for me. I want to work on improving my balance and am looking for a product that will safely challenge me.
It covers a frequency range from 1 Hz to 2 GHz, which allows it to be used for a variety of applications, such as testing, signal generation, and communication system analysis.

Could you tell me how much vibration and noise that transmit through the floor? I live in a condo and I have a downstairs neighbor who complains about everything.

Does the mini have a curve? Did I just miss the answer in the video?
Hello! The Waver mini has a flat surface.😊
