Also, since the songs have different versions it actually does matter which title it is.

Germany wouldn't change the British anthem, "Heil Dir In Siegerkranz" and "God Save the King" have the exact same tune. Plus Wilhelm II was Queen Victoria's grandson.
This would only work if Britain was ruled by a Habsburg.

Kaiser is actually "emperor" in English, Ceasar is the name, that the title Kaiser came from, just as the Russian tsar.
But Kaiser is actually also used in English, just as other German Words got tranfered, like "U-Boat" (which is just from the German "U-Boot", a Submarine"), "Kaiserreich" or "Schadenfreude".

The modern English pronunciation of "Caesar" is false. The classical Latin pronunciation was "kaisar" - which is exactly where German Kaiser comes from. The Praetorian Guard was often made up of Germans, who adopted the word into the Proto-Germanic they were speaking. Not bad for a word to survive with almost the exactly same pronunciation for 2000 years.

Beautiful rendition, but just a few notes:
The translated lyrics are that of "Gott ehalte Franz den Kaiser" from 1797. Which served as the Personal and later Imperial Anthem of Austria until Francis II's death in 1835, due to his successor being named Ferdinand.
    Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser,
    Unsern guten Kaiser Franz!
    Lange lebe Franz, der Kaiser,
    In des Glückes hellstem Glanz!
    Ihm erblühen Lorbeerreiser,
    Wo er geht, zum Ehrenkranz!
    Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser,
    Unsern guten Kaiser Franz!
It had a brief resurgence in 1848 upon the accession of the Franz Josef I, due to his name also being Franz, but was soon changed to include new lyrics. "Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze" is the later rewrite of the lyrics, circa 1854. Which served as the Austro-Hungarian National Anthem until its disillusion in 1918.
    Gott erhalte, Gott beschütze
    unsern Kaiser, unser Land!
    Mächtig durch des Glaubens Stütze
führ' Er uns mit weiser Hand!
    Laßt uns Seiner Väter Krone
    schirmen wider jeden Feind;
𝄆 Innig bleibt mit Habsburgs Throne
    Österreichs Geschick vereint. 𝄇
The melody would then go on to be used in Austria as its new National Anthem, "Sei gesegnet ohne Ende", until the Anschluss in 1938.

    God keep Francis the Emperor,
    Our good emperor Francis!
    Long live Francis the emperor,
In the brightest splendour of happiness!
May sprigs of laurel bloom for him
As a garland of honour, wherever he goes.
    God keep Francis the Emperor,
    Our good emperor Francis!
From the tips of his flag
    May victory and fruitfulness shine!
    In his council
May knowledge, wisdom and honesty sit!
    And with his Highness's lightning
    May justice but prevail!
    God keep Francis the Emperor,
    Our good emperor Francis!
May the abundance of thy gifts
Pour over him, his house and Empire!
Break the power of wickedness, and reveal
Every trick of rogues and knaves!
May thy Law always be his Will,
And may this be like laws to us.
    God keep Francis the Emperor,
    Our good emperor Francis!
May he gladly experience the highest bloom
Of his land and of his peoples!
May he see them, united by the bonds of brothers,
    Loom over all others!
And may he hear at the edge
Of his late tomb his grandchildren's chorus.
    God keep Francis the Emperor,
    Our good emperor Francis!

This is not the anthem of Austria-Hungary. Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser has nothing to do with Gott erhalte, gott beschütze. First off, the lyrics in this video are from the 1797 version, when Austria-Hungary did not even exist. The 1797 version of Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser, which the Southern Singer translated and is in this video, was the anthem of the Holy Roman Empire. The 1826 version of Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser was the anthem of the Austrian Empire. The 1854 version, Gott erhalte, gott beschütze, is the anthem of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, so this version is entirely wrong.
