this clearly portrays the level of fitness & nutritional education an average indian has. One need not be a doc to tell you this, well truth be told ...most doctors dont know this and even if they know they dont practise this while many fitness people know and swear by this as they have learnt this whole heartedly and whole bodily by going through (experiencing) muscle building and/or fat-loss. We still have so many doctors who advocate high carb and low fat diet totally neglecting the protein..they just followed the pyramid scam that was promoted by WHO which was allegedly lobbied by cereal producers.
Body builder dying at 30 should not be confused with basics of fat-loss and muscle build that has been vividly explained here.
