Honestly going for simple but timeless fits and colors help you find your style the best, you can’t go wrong with them cause you’re able to find any color or fit you’ll like. Also thrifting is really good and if you can find a good fitting pair of denim you’ll be set cause vintage Levi’s. Wrangler and many more will help your fit stand out especially if you’re able to try out some looser fit jeans or are into diy it’s perfect for embroidery, rips or even cropping

Now, I sadly cannot get any item at all, and all I have are old bad clothes that my mother doesn't want me to change.

If you're in college: invest in a tablet to digitally take notes in. It's much better than carrying a bunch of notebooks around; you can actually carry it in a totebag, too(try carrying 10 lbs worth of notes in a totebag). This is especially helpful since a lot of assignments are online and you'll be able to just snip and paste the question. Trust me it's worth it.
DO NOT BUY A TABLET FOR NOTES IN HIGHSCHOOL. That shit's gonna get stolen.
