Yaa'at'eeh (hello) my father was the late Paul Johnson who was the drummer for Fenders and later on Wingate Valley Boys, my father died in an automobile and train accident at the old ChurchRock crossing before the over pass was built. Good to hear music played back in the day, mom told me many stories of traveling across the rez to different places the WVB played, many insights of folks she met, my father passed before I was born, so hearing stories opens up my heart to those who enjoy good music, its not the same anymore. From what I've heard a recording took place in Shiprock but was never put out on record, am wondering who I can speak to about a record that was never produced. Aeehee for allowing me to comment here.
