 The Advocate Acts lay out the legal framework for legal practitioners, as well as guidelines for the establishment of Bar Councils and an All-India Bar.
 Basically, the Act lays out the process for registering with state-level bar councils, as well as the credentials that an individual must have in order to practice law.
 अधिवक्ता अधिनियम कानूनी पेशेवरों के लिए कानूनी ढांचा तैयार करता है, साथ ही बार काउंसिल और एक अखिल भारतीय बार की स्थापना के लिए दिशानिर्देश भी देता है।
 मूल रूप से, अधिनियम राज्य-स्तरीय बार काउंसिल के साथ पंजीकरण करने की प्रक्रिया के साथ-साथ कानून का अभ्यास करने के लिए एक व्यक्ति के पास होने वाली योग्यताओं को भी बताता है।

Sir i have one dought being one of the as a advocate takes some amount to the clients but he was not doing any work about the case up to time period 9 months in this time period court will give judgement to opposite persons because client's not responding that means [advocate not doing any type of work about case ] these are all done by the reason of advocate now how to take amount return and how to compliant against to the advocate because of his negligence plz help sir this type of cases most of this days
