Here it is! Day 2 at AISW 5.0
Started with Battle of the fittest! Body weight endurance category, this category was introduced to inspire more beginners to come up participate and compete, get that competition vibes!
Arm wrestling and parkour happening on day 2, strength communities uniting together and making it even bigger! Huge number of participants in arm wrestling, followed by parkour workshop!
We had street lifting 66kg - 77kg category going down, do not forget to check out the squats! India is so strong when it comes to squats!
Ending day 2 with some wild statics! Crazy strength and endurance.
