The animation itself Is easy
It's the patience that is needed which makes it so tough

In total about a months
Though I did roughly 30 seconds a day
I have been doing it for a couple years but my recommendation to start is just start simple. Understand the motions and once you have a basic understanding of all the physics of it and what not then begin to develop a more complex stopmotion, maybe with a story
It's up to you
