Happy New Year George & that is one interesting ladder and would be easy to store unlike most other ladders as they are mainly long and you need an area with height. Stay safe now.
I can't believe this ladder can hold 400 lbs. This would be very convenient for bringing into tight areas where a regular ladder can't fit, then extending it.
