  • A great night out foxing with the .243 and thermal gear. Some stunning footage of a very close up badger, who I think wanted my pork pie and a tawny owl hunting through the rushes, plus the usual rabbits, hares, mice and roosting pheasants.     I’ve made 6.5 Creedmoor out of all my 243 brass then 6mm Creedmoor next not sure I’ll do the 22 Creedmoor. I like the longer heavier bullets the Creedmoor shoot.

      I must admit the 6.5 Creedmoor does interest me, I don't home load as I simply don't have the time but factory ammo these days is quite consistent now for my needs.
