I see where you're coming from, especially with the low shots when she's in the school uniform, but I think the low shots are kind of meant to convey that she's in a position of power by forcing the viewer to look up to her. She retreats to a secluded place, sets down her burden, and ascends to her power. The circling shots are a recurring theme of sorts in LOONA videos. I don't think they've ever said so explicitly, but it seems like a nice nod to the fact that the fans are called Orbits and the camera is our perspective point.

"What are you watching?" with a suspicious tone xD But I actually thought that it's because the purpose was to captivate the audience by force. Also awesome shots by the way but not in a creepy way. It's just that it really works with the cinematography and aesthetics prompts to the director of this MV, the sets are simple yet the creativity is uproaring higher than Everest **clapping intensively** **round of applause!!!**
