    I just found you and am SO excited. I’m trying to recover from a torn hamstring and torn glute med tendon…seven months in, four months of PT and very little improvement. After watching several of your videos I understand now how “everything affects everything”. My IT band is tight, my Piriformis is unhappy, my SI joint is wonky and I’m very frustrated with my lack of progress. I want my life back! This is a recurrence of the same injury incurred 4 1/2 years ago. I remain hopeful, and will integrate some of your stretches in my home exercise routine. Oooh… maybe the massage gun would be a great Mother’s Day gift! ❤
