Nice work, Elin! I'm watching the progress of the 75 and catching up on the 74 at the same time. Looking forward to completion of both projects.

WILL Elin find out why the compression was so bad?
CAN he get parts before he reaches retirement age?
Stay tuned for our next episode! Same Bat time…Same Bat channel!

I often find that oil that looks nice and clean when it first comes out quickly turns black...

Still confused why the owner didn’t send car out for paint when it was disassembled.

Elin you might have to cut yourself up into 3 people to finish all your projects.Take care of that leg.

I guess that thirty years of no preservation actions (25 miles or a 30-minute static run per month) and then the "new" shells ain't new anymore. In 1990 this was just a 15 year old car, it is a wonder that anybody would rebuild the engine, then not bother to use the car. Perhaps the owner in 1990 met with health troubles? Check everything, because the 1990 guy screwed up the end play, so what else?
