Hi Glory. I'm 65 and my advice is don't be in a hurry to . . . . grow up, get married, whatever. Think things through and then make decisions. Also when you do marry, marry a man whose father treats his wife lovingly. When a man is brought up that way he will treat you well also. Love your videos.

Hi beautiful woman of God! Turning 70 next year and in love my advice is exchange ‘fake it till you make it’ with ‘You are fearfully and wonderfully made’. One of the things that I know which is very common is we as believers do not grasp our true identity in Christ. Hearing is not the same as believing and when we grasp that wonderful revelation of what the Lord has done for us, comparison will no longer be part of your character. Remember we fight not against flesh and blood. The enemy is a liar and in Christ we are all able to Rise above, in, through and for HIM! God has given you a destiny before you were even in your mother’s womb……..you are on that path, which includes being transformed by the renewing of your mind. You are a breath of fresh air, purpose driven, speak to the Lord and hear His voice for the plan He has for you. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. ❤️🙏🏽

There is probably no general advice, and if somebody would know the magic wisdom , he would be rich as Bezos. So far I would say, talk. Always talk. No txt, no whatsapp etc, that will make things worse. Be honest. To yourself and your partner, also that might be hard. "Walk in your partners boots" for a couple of miles. Take care about respect, both of you. Without respect, game over. And so.... Good luck

First and foremost, love yourself (and God) and know how to forgive yourself. Be kind and gentle with YOU when “weathering storms”. Allow yourself to admit your faults or shortcomings and be open and willing to learn. Be teachable, always. These are a few truths I have experienced in life which have helped and guided me in many relationships. The more you are comfortable in your own skin, the easier for you ‘to become the solution’ in difficult situations. Learn to trust your gut/instincts. I’m a 58 year old woman that has had many friendships and intimate relationships that have brought me joy and heartaches…and yet I remain teachable. Best wishes and God bless. ♥

My advice would be: Take risks while you are young. The younger you are the more risks you can take. Travel the world, leave your home town, found a start up and try new things out. Get ouf of your comfort zone and see, if you like it. The older you get, the more difficult this gets. One, because you have more responsibility and second it gets harder to recover from a failure or put the lessons learned from a failure for future use.
My grandfather told me: You wont regret those things you did, but only those you didnt dare to try!

Glory, I’ve been following you since Zatara and today was by far my favorite episode. I feel I’ve come to know the real you so much better after today. It was so good to hear you open up about who you really are and sharing with us all the real you behind the curtain and even sharing your insecurities. I was surprised to hear you express those insecurities, as you always come across with confidence and self assurance (but not arrogance). I know there were stronger personalities (JM) on the boat, but you always seemed to know who you are and happy with who you are. That’s a rare quality with young people in today’s world. I look forward to continue to vicariously join you on your adventures and I admit to being a bit jealous I didn’t have the courage to do that when I was your age.

Seek advice from your parents. They love you unconditionally, everyone else has an agenda. Then ask others. If your decision is different from your parents, ask yourself why you want a different path (not always a bad decision). Own it and go with your decision. Realize you are in control of your life.

Firstly, thanks for sharing your faith and struggles. You are very wise for your age young lady and never sell yourself short. Secondly, it is never to soon to sit down with a good financial advisor and explain your goals. This will set you up in a much better comfort zone. It may be that you have to make some sacrifices on certain things in life but you will not be sorry.
Finally, my wife and I have been married 36 years and our children are grown, married and have babies but I was not looking to get married until later in life because I had just returned off a high coming back from Everest and met my life mate to be at 25… God’s providence. So keep your life focused on the right things pretty lady and you will be amazed!

Hi Glory! I’ve enjoyed watching the videos of all of you on the sailboat. What an amazing experience.
As a 56 y/o looking back, the advice I would offer is embrace every season of your life. One is not better or worse than another, just different and just as full of joy, sorrow, excitement, etc as another season. God offers lessons and walks with you and you learn to trust and become more like Him as you go.
You are much more mature and confident than I was at your age so I know you will go far! 😊

Concerning questions about faith: when I asked, God Always explained answers to my questions. In my case I didn't ask unless it was threatening my faith but when I asked He answered every time. Usually from the bible. I learned to remember that regardless of how things look, he really is wholly just, wholly righteous, fully loving, exceedingly kind. He cares about us. I'm only 75 but have learned that. Be in prayer at all times. Trust Him.

I’m almost 50. My advice would be to put God first, pray about everything, don’t get financially trapped in a big house & credit card debt. I love the idea of traveling with kids/family on a boat or RV. At the same time…family is so important. Parent age and won’t be around forever. My dad died when I was a few years older than you. And my family is spread out all over the US. Back to praying. God’s plans are way better than anything we can come up with. Trust him. Let him lead and guide you.

I love that youve shared your faith here and its obvious that, like me, a lot of your viewers are here because we are Christian and want to see you spread the Gospel. Im 63. And even though Ive been in church most of my life, Im just now learning that what God wants is for me to spend my life getting to know Him and do His will... which is reading His Word and spreading His Word. Do that now. He will love you, protect you, bless you and prosper you. Jer 29:11
When others give advice, check with Gods Word and make sure it stands up to what He wants for us. Even loving, well meaning people can lead you away from God.
Be cautious of who you befriend for the same reasons. Let no one sway you from His path of righteousness.
Ok. Enough preching. My boys eyes would be glazed over at this point. Not unlike yours. 😅
Im a tax preparer and if you want to know how to buy a sail boat or a piece of land and write it off every year on your taxes, message me.

They have tons of experience, have been young also but mostly in different times. These days there is so much conflicting information out there, nearly impossible for youngsters to figure out. Keep traveling all over the world if you can. It will give you a totally different perspective on life than most youngsters never getting out of the country. But moved in faster than I should have before I knew what they were really about). Now I have been married 20 years and there are times I would have left but I couldn’t afford to. Partly because I have 5 animals and a horse. Hard to find places to go with that many animals. I am not unhappy but I am not happy either. I think your name describes you... GLORY!!
Years ago when I graduated from college, a friend who was a financial advisor, offered me the following advice: Even though you JUST graduated from college and retirement seems like it's YEARS away... start saving SOMETHING... ANYTHING now!! If you don't see it you won't miss it. I took that advice to heart, and 40 years later I pass on that advice whenever the opportunity arises.
Another good thing to remember is we were given two ears to hear with and one tongue to speak with. Bottom line, listen more than you speak.

Talk to the local residents. Know this country first before forming an opinion about it. Cheers 🍻!! Great vid

My advice would be...Please! Please wear a seatbelt when you are in a car. There are two friends I had in my early 20's who didn't wear a seat belt and died horrible painful deaths which had nothing to do with the driver's ability. It was the other driver who ran into them. Buckle up and you could save this life ahead of you that you are discovering now. Beyond seat belts, take risks and explore life to find skills you currently don't realise you have. And finally, do something you absolutely love that makes you money without chasing things that make you money. Live the best life you can!

Degrees are expensive. If you won't end up with a job that brings in enough to live on, it's hard to justify the expense taken on for that degree. You can always have hobbies and passions outside of work. Thanks for bringing up this question. It's an important one!

Let me flesh that out a bit. Small opportunities maximized lead to bigger better opportunities. It's biblical. I love creative people who use their gift.

Listen to your heart, it knows the way. Some people refer to ‘it’ as a ‘gut feeling’. Listen to it. ALWAYS.

basic life advice......Firstly, focus on your physical health. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. Keep your body in peak condition, and it will serve you well for the rest of your life.
Secondly, work on your mental health. Learn how to manage stress and anxiety. Practice mindfulness, meditation, or any other mental health techniques that work for you. A healthy mind is crucial for a happy life.
Thirdly, surround yourself with positive people. Negative energy can bring you down, so choose your friends and acquaintances wisely.
Fourthly, set realistic goals for yourself. Break them down into manageable steps, and work towards them consistently. Achieving goals gives you a sense of accomplishment and boosts your self-esteem.
Fifthly, learn to manage your finances responsibly. Save money, avoid unnecessary debt, and plan for the future. Financial stability can reduce stress and give you more freedom in life.
Sixthly, learn to communicate effectively. Develop your communication skills, be assertive, and listen actively to others. Good communication can improve your relationships and your overall quality of life.
Seventhly, learn to take criticism constructively. Not everyone will agree with you or like what you do. Learn to separate personal attacks from constructive criticism, and use it to improve yourself.
Eighthly, learn to let go of things you cannot control. Worrying about things beyond your control will only stress you out. Focus on what you can control, and let go of the rest.
Ninthly, learn to adapt to change. Change is inevitable, and being able to adapt to it can make your life much easier. Embrace change and learn from it.
Tenthly, learn to forgive. Holding onto grudges and resentment will only harm you. Forgive others, and yourself, for past mistakes and move on.
Eleventhly, learn to take responsibility for your actions. Don't blame others for your mistakes. Own up to your mistakes, learn from them, and try not to repeat them.
Twelfthly, learn to enjoy the present moment. Don't live in the past or worry about the future. Enjoy the present moment, and savor the experiences you have.
Thirteenthly, learn to be grateful. Appreciate the good things in your life, and be thankful for the people who support you. Gratitude can improve your overall well-being and happiness.
Fourteenthly, learn to be kind and compassionate. Treat others with kindness, and try to understand their perspectives. Kindness and compassion can improve your relationships and your overall happiness.
Finally, learn to embrace your imperfections. Nobody is perfect, and trying to be perfect can be stressful and unfulfilling. Embrace your flaws, and learn to love yourself just the way you are. that was a long rant sorry ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ

You know, living life is hard. Sometimes people are mean. Sometimes, friends and loved ones just disagree and it can get ugly. Sometimes we have blemishes that make us cringe. For example you brought up your skin. You also said that you want to get married and raise a family. That is awesome. But, in the end, you need to trust in the Lord and wait for His timing. While that is happening, lean on your parents and other cherished, loving friends. Ignor the noise and the negative people. Your parents raised you correctly. And have fun, which clearly you are doing . Someday, God will put in your path that perfect (for you) man that you can build a family with. He will love and cherish you and your blemishes. You know, I didn’t get married until I was 39 and my wife was 34. At 37, God put in my path the most beautiful woman that in the room and the smartest too. She was way more beautiful than I ever thought I would get. Now, 21 years later at ages 60 and 55, I love her much more than the day we go married. We made a life together that I would never give up. The other day, I was looking at a picture of the two of us taken last weekend. The wrinkles she now has outside of her eyes are so incredibly cute. I love them. My wife sees them as blemishes. I see them as beauty. This is what the Lord will do for you and all who trust in Him. What you see as blemishes, your boyfriend/husband will see them as beauty.
