Why didn't I start this show years ago?
Anyway... Last episode broke my Theonsa heart in a billion pieces. These two precious babies are two of the most complex and well written GOT characters and they deserved so much better!
Maybe this video can also be considered a little tribute to Theon Greyjoy.

It is funny how Sansa and Jon were able to forgive Theon for what he did but so many fans still cannot forgive Sansa for spilling a secret when she was twelve, lol... I loved their relationship. For me, these two had the best character developments on the show, together with Jaime, but they fucked his one hard by the last season. Anyway, I wish it ended differently, my poor heart hurts seeing this video.

Don't forget Jaimie Lannister doing terrible things being redeemed and a fan favorite. Fan boys do not like women being women, you got to be a cool girl like Arya, you have to fight and do cool things.
Me too!! My heart broke for Theon. It really wasn’t his fault why he did what he did for his father’s approval. Deep down he had a good heart. He felt bad for what he did. He was really underrated as a character and the actor who played him.
in fact it was not a secret or anything like that. Sansa betrayed her family on 3 occasions, the first was against her sister Arya, ending with the death of her she-wolf. The second betrayal was against her father, when she revealed to the queen that she was going to escape. And the third was against all the Starks, when she called her father a traitor by her own mouth, and sent the letter to winterfell exposing that fact.
@@wilfricorrales4756 i believe it is incredibly dumb to put so much weight on a 12 year old. If she did not call her father a traitor, she would die. She has never meant those words. She was terrified.
My two favorite characters and the best relationship in the entire series. She's not dying 🕯️

I have no idea why Theon of all the characters moves me more then anyone else in GoT but he does. The episode in season 7 where their ship is attacked and he jumps over board was the first time I ever remember watching an episode and being genuinely scared that a character would die. And then when he did actually die in season 8 I cried so hard. It freaked my mom out bc we were watching together and she doesn’t like him that much. I get that killing him fully redeemed his character. But I felt he was redeemed before. He was a good man. And he didn’t deserve to die. Now Sansa is just doomed to spend the rest of her life alone.
They were the perfect couple for so many reasons. 1 just logistically. No way Sansa would ever be comfortable being intimate with another man again after what Ramsey did to her. Not a problem bc Theon doesn’t have a dick. Also they were raised together, Theon even says in the books that as a child he hoped Ned would marry him to Sansa and he could become a real Stark. But also 2 just because of the two characters genuine love for each other. They have an unbreakable bond. That is undeniable. Some people question weather it’s romantic, but to them I say did you see that final dinner scene? The way they looked at each other says it all. Also it’s no coincidence that they showed Theon and Sansa then Grey Worm and Messandei. Two couples. Sansa loved Theon. She felt safe and protected with Theon. Which she doesn’t feel with anyone else. Not even Jon, she tells Jon many times that no one can protect her. But you can tell she believes Theon can. He means the world to her. And she means the world to him. He was nothing, a broken shell of a man. And the only thing that made him want to keep going and become himself again was her. He fought through all the pain of being Theon just to protect her. And be there for her. They were each others everything’s. The only person in the world who could understand what the other had been through. And they lost that. And it’s fucking sad.

So glad I am not the only who feels this way. Theon touched my heart so much and was a VERY powerful character in the series, would have been great to have had him and Sansa devleop more before he died ( okay wish he did not die ), but I agree, really loved Theon.
I'm late by months, but I had to reply, because this comment expresses exactly what I think about Theonsa. I'm shipping them since season 6, when they escaped from Ramsey and they had that heartworming moment in the forest, but my feelings for them exploded definitively after 8x02 and they suddenly became my OTP. Recently, I started a rewatch of the show, and I can say whitout any doubt that Theon was the only person Sansa could have at her side for the rest of the life. I don't know if they think to each other in a romantic way since season 6, but for me what we saw in the 8x02 is incontrovertible. I mean, the way he can't stop looking at Sansa when they meet in the hall at Winterfell, even if he's talking to Daenerys? "If you'll have me"? The way they look at each other during the dinner? They saved each other in any possible way, they know what it means to suffer, to fall, to survive and to rise again, harder and stronger. Their bond it's so beautiful and believable because they are maybe the most human, complex and realistic carachters of the show. I love the way Sansa, in season 5, it's the only person to look him in the eyes and say "You're Theon Greyjoy", and I love how Theon, although he's broken and weak, and consider himself a nonentity, find a meaning in protecting her, even at the risk of his life.
I believe Sansa can find love again. Its not very nice to consider that abused and raped woman will never feel comfortable in their own sexuality, given time and trust with the right partner. Wounds can heal. I did ship them together, but Im hoping for the best
cuz he went from a joking guy, to betrayer, to human sacrifice of mad man, he was made a unich, and kept in kennel at winterfell,
Theon was such a brilliant, complex character! I loved him and his story so much and his death broke my heart, especially when Sansa gave him the sigil of House stark :'(( thanks that you made a Video about him! You did a very good Job!

I think his character was one the best written ones. And about his relationship with Sansa, I think it would have grown into something so pure and beautiful!

They fell in love, they knew each other since childhood, they were both snobbish in the beginning though kind hearted, their stories are similar, they went through the worst things because they made mistakes, Theon ofc made much bigger mistakes, they met again at winterfell, they both saw each other at their worst until they escaped, I wish they'd said something, before Theon died. So many couples deserved a happy ending, Robb and Talisa, Jon and Ygritte, Sansa and Theon, Arya and Gendry, Bran and Meera, I can only imagine Ned and Catelyn smiling as they watched their children along with Rickon, Osha, Maester luwen, Jory and all the men who died fighting for the Starks and ofc, Lady, Greywind, Shaggydog, Summer, Nymeria, Ghost and our favourite, Hodor and Jojen along with his parents. Ofc, Sam and Gilly would be there with their kids, Grenn and pyp and Ed and tormund and Benjen. Danaerys deserved better too, her husband and her baby and all her dragons, Drogon, Rhaegal, Viscerion and missandei, ser jorah, ser selmy. Lyanna and Rhaegar also deserved better, most of all Elia Martell and her kids deserved way better. Jamie, Tyrion, Tommen and Myrcella deserved much better too. And Lyanna Mormont and Princess Shireen. And everyone who had any good in them.
Although this is supposedly a Theonsa video but the way you put Bran's(now 3-eyed Raven) voiceovers from "Did you hate us the whole time?" to "You're a good man" was simply amazing.
Yeah, it’s probably more a “Theon tribute” because it’s mainly from his POV... but thanks, I love that parallels too🥺
The bond these two had after the shared trauma was something of utter beauty and tragedy the only two that could truly understand the pain they went through. You portrayed it all so well it's a beautiful video.

Theon wasn’t willing to die for her own sister, but sacrificed himself for a stark which shows deep down he always liked being stark but the people around didn’t let him chose

Generally I'm not into romantic stuff and shipping, but this bond is beyond romantic. I love Theon and Sansa. Glad to read all those nice comments here :) Theon's story still breaks my heart... yet it gives me some hope, I can be a stronger person once.

4 years later and I'm still in denial of his death... in a parallel world in my mind, he survived and lived happy days alongside his beloved Queen of the north ! leave me in my denial 😝😂😭! IK this is an old post. I just watched and its beautifully put together, sounds and all at prefect levels even w back ground character talking. I have sound distortion probs so really appreciate sound quality. I didnt watch GOT til season 8 so not expert lol. To me while there were characters who for sure were tragic, Theon was the most tragic of all. Really grew to love the little fella...

They were one of the highlights of the otherwise downgrade of the show from s5-8... and Theon was probably one of few characters who wasn't ruined in the latter seasons which is why he became my favorite (Arya used to be, then she got that horrible Faceless Men arc and went nowhere). It's so interesting in hindsight they both have similar character paths and they both start out as kind of bratty, rude and immature. Fascinating how they were "family" and lived together but didn't truly connect until they both had grown as people and experienced harsh reality. But it looks like they were always meant to cross paths and be there for each other. I remember while watching the earlier seasons how I always longed to see the Stark kids (Sansa, Robb, Arya, Jon etc.) reunite but ultimately the writing got so bad that I felt nothing with what we got - not even the overhyped Jon and Arya reunion.
It felt like Theon was closer to Sansa than any of her siblings who honestly looked estranged. And she lost him. 😔

All the great characters that died so that Bran the Useless and Sansa the sanctimonious could prevail and become King and Queen… neither character did anything to help others but many died for them. GOT was a great show but ended abysmally.

@@moneymitchamp … I’m hoping it’s true about a Jon Snow sequel, so that Bran and Sansa becoming King and Queen can be changed.
Benioff and Weiss b@stardised the story to suit their abysmal finish… in the books Sansa was still only 11 years old and had never met or married Ramsey Bolton, that story line was purely created for the viewers to have Sympathy for Sansa who was a selfish, self entitled brat and the way Bran was depicted as a cold monster who let everyone who cared for him, who carried him, endlessly saved his miserable life were left to die, it seemed he and the Night King were telepathically joined and Bran knew he would be King if he could get rid of Jon.
I loved the TV series but since it ended so poorly I haven’t watched an episode since, so a sequel would be a welcome alternative.
Two of the worst characters in the show, and the books. I only wish Dany would've fed Sansa to her dragons.
