    Does it strengthen a particular muscle set? I'm wondering if something like this would help with my forward lean.. I tend to lean forward at the waist when I'm standing or walking and I think it's because I sit all day and lean forward at my desk at work.

      It will dynamically strengthen your hip extensors and isometrically tackle your back extensors.
      With what you're describing it may benefit to look at hip extensor exercises like this one ruclips.net/video/cZQgWswTNrw/видео.html

    How many reps and sets?

      3 to 5 sets of 8-10 reps. Start with less sets and build up sets over 4-6 weeks

    Your hip goes into flexion, not extension with this...

      @krisztianwirsz3612 can you link the timepoint please? I suspect I'm commenting that the hip extensors are the muscles being used. Maybe I misspoke! 😊

      ​@krisztianwirsz3612 - correct, poor wording on my part. The hips are going into relative flexion.
      It's not your point, but my intention was that the hip extensors are doing the work.
