Does it strengthen a particular muscle set? I'm wondering if something like this would help with my forward lean.. I tend to lean forward at the waist when I'm standing or walking and I think it's because I sit all day and lean forward at my desk at work.
It will dynamically strengthen your hip extensors and isometrically tackle your back extensors. How many reps and sets?
3 to 5 sets of 8-10 reps. Start with less sets and build up sets over 4-6 weeks
Your hip goes into flexion, not extension with this...
@krisztianwirsz3612 can you link the timepoint please? I suspect I'm commenting that the hip extensors are the muscles being used. Maybe I misspoke! 😊
