Madam my name is k.suresh kumar but in my settlement deed it is typed as k.sureshkumar that means my name typed without space. Is it a problem ?
1. If it is problem how to rectify it
2. For rectification of name does donor need to present again for change

Hello ,
I have applied for Home Lone ,
There are some mistakes in sale deed so we have created correction deed
and again in that correction deed 1 legal query by bank advocate i.e.
Date is not mentioned on the first page of correction deed all other things are corect
So can we correct it asap ? Can you pls guide?
