Not sure why some think grandma bought a new used home. She decided on the one we first saw in the video a couple weeks ago.
I'm confused; why is the lady letting her choose colors and she's not buying a new mobile home? Also if she bought the one from a couple of videos back, why are they taking a pic in front of this new one with a SOLD sign?? Or does this company also own the one we saw in the other video and that's the one she's actually closing on with them?

Debt Free Mobile Home sound good but it don’t have no value like house once it leave lot no value I know bc I have Mobile Home and bought it new it hard to get insurance on these mobile homes bc they don’t value nothing…just my opinion 🤷♀️

Fyi, you can later have a slab poured to place the house on making it a permanent dwelling. Then the outside value/appraisal will shoot way up. Also, it becomes easier to insure.

I never would have imagined a new mobile home would be nearly $300,000. That used to be the cost of a four or five bedroom nearly new home only a short 10 years ago. Inflation is ridiculous nowadays.
People told me, get a new one- they aren't paying the mortage! They take your land also when you don't pay the bill! My grandmas furniture package was $400 - she brought new. I paid $2,500- 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms- Singlewide and renovating myself- Debt free

Thank you for this teachable moment. There are so many people living HOUSE POOR. A buyer gets excited because of marble countertops, porcelain bathrooms, etc. But if you can’t afford the price of the home... Have patience and be wise. Get what you can afford.

I always find myself 'Grinning Ear to Ear' as soon as I 'Click On' the IAG Farms videos from start, and I forget about all that I have going on in my life living in 'The City', and it carries throughout the duration of the video and after. This is the only channel that does that for me, and I thank Tim, Megan and family for providing me with that.
