Hi Warren, As a RUclips golf addict I was only introduced to you very recently when a friend from USA sent me a video. I am only a hacker I’m afraid, locked into 16 handicap with 25 swing thoughts per shot 😂 but I’m sure you can help me break through this impasse. So glad you have returned to produce these instructional videos as you have an awful lot of valuable advice to pass on to us all . Your relaxed style is a welcome relief from all the other so called gurus. I pay tribute to your honesty in sharing your mental health issues and I send you my warmest hope that you can resolve them - I also appreciate your Red Hat channel and I am sure they are giving inspiration and pleasure to all with anxiety and depression.
Hi Ian many thanks for your lovely message, not only the golf but Red Hat Diaries. It’s a passion also of mine to help people with their mental health, so I’m lucky to do both channels. I wish you well and have known how you feel regarding all the swing thoughts so can empathise with you. Sending my best Warren
Hi Warren, Great To see you back again with New Videos. As all your videos, fantastic explanation. I remember you playing in the German Masters in 1997 at Schloss Nippenburg. I walked around with Marc Stevenson and he told me, this guy is good, he just won the Tour school he will become a Star on the European Tour. So I watched you During the first tournament day and was impressed about your beautiful golfswing!
Hi Warren, nice tip (right knee kick/right shoulder down) to stop topping the ball. This tip also helps trigger the downswing and weight transfer, which I have been struggling with for a long time. Thanks.
Hi Warren, me again, Bruce from Auckland! I so look forward again to receiving your latest tutorial. Thank you so much for what you are doing. If I had the money I would definitely become a member! But, alas, I am a mere pensioner!! Love what you're doing, keep 'em coming, cheers mate
Warren, what great advice this is. The idea of the flatter turn and then dropping the right shoulder is very helpful. Having 2 distinctly different movements actually makes this a lot easier for me to understand the transition. Thank you for what you are producing. The split screen is a bonus too. Regards from Portugal.
Thank you very much for taking the time out to watch and to write your lovely message. Thank you. I’m glad I can hopefully be of some help. Great to know you’re watching from Portugal 🇵🇹 👍🇬🇧
Great video going g back over the basics, really appreciate your videos and so well explained.Hope you and family well. Is it possible to do video on downhill and on slopes
Cheers Graham you too mate, we’re doing ok always a weird time for the family after dad’s passing, we’re just trying to navigate our way through at the moment to be honest. I’ll see what I can do and have a play about with the mats etc 👍
Great advice here again. Even when I was playing well I would kick my right knee downwards towards the ball. A pro friend saw this and advised knee should kick and turn towards the target. Just like Warren shows towards end of this video. 😊
Warren as someone like many of us who keep trying to find the answer to a bad swing (push slice) have you 2 swing thoughts that you suggest I could try or are you happy with left and right shoulder down.
Yup - like that... they say keep swing thoughts to a minimum... shoulder under chin then get (opposite)down on the way through... simple enough swing thought that will get you a long way...

Cheers Pete makes perfect sense what you say hope the golf is going well mate
Very very helpful. I've come up with a neumonic to help me remember key element. It's 'chinny chin chin'. Thanks Warren.
Nice one Mike cheers 👍
Superb advice yet again Warren..but where's Trev🤔
He’s too busy playing with my mums dog! He’ll be in the next one on Tuesday 👍

Hi Mick, for a push slice I would encourage:
Head still
Release club past head
Off rear knee/foot
Hope that helps mate
Thanks Warren. Hope you’re sorted and back In the Swing.
